Job Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Team in SEA and EMEA Region
- Attend to Customer Inquiries and Order Status
- Able to prepare Quotations/Order Confirmation/PO/DO/Invoices and
Shipping Paperwork
- Execute process via ERP System
- Purchasing
- Arrange shipment with appointed forwarders
- Ensure all orders are processed and items are delivered on time
- Communicate with internal and external suppliers
- Administration - e.g. Reports and other assigned duties
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with ERP Systems
- Knowledge of the Order Fulfilment process
- Well Versed in Shipping e.g. Import/Export and Cross Dock Shipmentsproceedures
- Knowledge in Shipping Incoterms and Types of Permit
- Basic knowledge in Logistics - Simple Goods Receiving/Inventory and simple packing
- Basic Knowledge of Purchasing
- Familiar with Semiconductor items - Machines and Spare parts
- Able to be independent, committed, and be resourceful
- IT Savvy
- GCE O / ITE / Diploma
