• Escalate service-related enquiries / feedback to the Management.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities and works of vendors and contractors and provide the Management with reports on vendor's and contractors’ performance, quality and value of works when required.
• Communicate house rules and health & safety requirements to visitors and contractors.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the facility and property and identify problematic facilities and report to the Management.
• Identify hazards and assess risk within the assigned areas of responsibility.
• Manage the administration, usage of computerised systems / softwares as well as deployed systems.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and replacement of equipment.
• Any other duties as assigned within the scope of the job to meet the needs and requirements of the property and/or the Mangement.

Requirements

• Customer-oriented with polite and professional demeanour.
• High attention to detail.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a service sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English (Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing).
• Able to perform 6-day work week including weekends and Public Holidays.

• Process and perform Regulatory submission related functions and data governance.
• MAS Notice 610 Submission of Statistics and Returns
• MAS 758 Minimum Cash Balance submission
• Qualifying Liabilities / Liabilities Base Return
• Fortnightly Asset Maintenance Report
• MAS Notice DIA-N01 Deposit Insurance Returns
• Monthly RMB FX turnover by product types
• Any other data governance task

Job Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s degree qualification (preferably in Accounting)
• At least 2 years of relevant working experiences
• Analytical and meticulous to handle financial data, having strong logic thoughts.
• Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Strong team player who is able work within the team while at the same time, able to work independently to deliver quality output. Good leadership track records would be advantageous.
• Good working attitude with a willingness to learn and challenge oneself.
