Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 6 years of audit experience with minimum 3 years as Audit Senior.
• Mature, responsible, adaptable, flexible, strong analytical skills and committed.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good command of Chinese and English in both written and spoken to liase with Chinese speaking customers and associates.
• Able to liase with different stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs. Proficient in Audit Express software will be an advantage.

Job Description:

• Manage full aspects of audit engagements, from planning to wrapping up and presentations of audit findings including timely billing and collections
• Ensure that the firm’s risk management and quality control procedures are adhered to at all times
• Manage and service a portfolio of clients. Act as a major point of contact within the firm for the client together with the partner/director

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, ACCA, CPA or its equivalent which is recognized by ISCA
• Professional qualifications such as CA (Singapore), CIA, CISA or other relevant audit certifications is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a public accounting/auditing firm
• Excellent leadership and project management skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage multiple engagements and deadline-driven

Responsibilities

• Implement a comprehensive Site Safety Management System to manage risks and reduce accidents
• Implementation of workplace safety, health, and environment programs and initiatives
• Enforcement of safety standards following the Workplace Safety and Health Act
• Conducting training programs on workplace safety and health and inspections to ensure that all staff and/or subcontractors onsite abide by policies and standards
• Ensure strict compliance with procedures in the statutory workplace, safety, health & environment requirements at sites and required premises
• Implementation of an effective safety management system, preventive measures as well and risk assessment to minimize accidents at the assigned workplace/site
• Preparation and/or submission of safety reports and necessary audits
• Assist the company in safety-related certifications and awareness such as safety audits, meetings, and executive of safety programs
• Work with the assistance of your safety team of WSH coordinators and supervisors at the project site
• Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes in safety guidelines
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Registered WSH Officer/Safety Officer with MOM for minimum of 10 years
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in WSH for building/construction industry
• Possess a minimum Diploma in Environment, Health and Safety Management or related field
• Excellent people management skills and good interpersonal skills
• Proven team leading/management experience
