• To take and carry out instructions from and represent the QP(S), QP(D) and CAG on site.
• To ensure that the contractors maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site at all times.
• To be conversant with all procedures in the Changi Aerodrome Manual, “Airside works Procedures Manual”, Airport Operational and Safety (AOS) requirements”, and Workplace Safety & Health Manual. • The RTO shall preferably possess a Diploma from Polytechnic or Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator or possess Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health or relevant qualifications.
• The RTO shall be accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
