Job Responsibilities

· Conduct independent audit procedures and maintain audit work papers following SSA, while gathering necessary audit evidence for assigned engagements;

Job Requirements

· Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.

· Professional qualifications such as ACCA/SCAQ or equivalent would be advantageous.

· At least 6 years of relevant work experience (preferably with a minimum of 2 years in a mid-tier/Big 4 audit environment), including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.

· Experience with CaseWare is a beneficial skill.

Your job purpose

• Your main responsibility will be to coordinate the settlement process, ensuring that documents are prepared efficiently, and trades are settled smoothly. As a Marine Safety Officer, you will responsible to ensure that your assigned fleet of vessels are in compliances with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations, and you perform your duties accordingly with the company’s quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies. You will be monitoring vessels’ continuous performance improvement plan, ensuring timely periodical reports are submitted.

Job Description

• Provide regulatory compliance advice and training
• Track/monitor new changes to local regulations, analyse and disseminate the information as well as the impact to the departments
• Assist in the implementation of new regulatory requirements and manage projects assigned
• Review regulatory compliance policies and procedures of the bank
• Prepare/review periodic reporting to local regulatory authorities, Head Office and Management
• Develop and perform periodic compliance reviews as well as sample testing
• Any work required to be carried out for holding the above Position in the Department subject to business needs, internal policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimally Bachelor degree , preferably in Business or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a regulatory compliance role
• Knowledge on SFA/ FAA is required
• Working knowledge of Banking Act would be advantageous
• Strong knowledge in local rules and regulations

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC due diligence for new and existing corporate clients on a timely basis
• Review information and documentation in respect of AML/KYC/CDD process to ensure relevance and completeness of KYC information
• Review client profiles prior to account opening and ensure compliance with MAS Notice 626 guidelines and relevant regulations
• Analyze AML risks associated with the client from a technical perspective, identify and escalate potential risks/ operational issues accordingly
• Provide advisory on AML matters and conduct AML-related training
• Any work required to be carried out for holding the above Position in the Department subject to business needs, internal policies and procedures
• Review and clearance of alerts, eg. Alerts relating to sanctions, adverse news

Requirements

• Recognised bachelor degree or above , preferably in Business
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in handling KYC periodic reviews of corporate entity customers
• Strong communication skills
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the regulatory landscape in Singapore
• Sound process review/risk assessment skills with an understanding of risks and impacts in the banking environment
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines against a high volume work schedule

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Tactical Cell Intelligence Officer to join our Engineering team. This role is located in Singapore - HYBRID.

Position Overview

We are seeking a cybersecurity professional to support the Digital Assets, Supply Chain, & Tactical Threat Intelligence Team. The professional will conduct research into cyber threat actors, operations, and technologies to create, both independently and as part of a team, analytic products to inform leadership and technology teams about emerging and evolving threats. This role will serve in the Singapore location and support the global cyber threat intelligence coverage. Additionally, we require the professional/role to be able to accommodate US and EMEA regional colleagues and be flexible due to time zone differences.

A successful candidate can independently evaluate, analyze, and synthesize large quantities of information and write in-depth analyses and agile intelligence deliverables. Additionally, they can readily prepare and deliver cyber threat intelligence presentations targeted at audiences with varying levels of technical expertise and cyber awareness.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Refine alerting methodologies, analyze, and triage threat indicators, manage escalations and communications with Cyber Operations teams (e.g., Incident Response, SOC, VM).
• Write threat assessments to assist in understanding relevance to the enterprise along with potential impacts.
• Conduct research and contextual analyses and campaign correlations associated with threat actors, operations, and technologies.
• Acquire threat intelligence and technical indicators from external sources; develop tactical intelligence and technical indicators internally.
• Interface with industry peers, government, and law enforcement organizations as appropriate to acquire and share threat intelligence information.
• Continuously evaluate and improve CTIG processes, procedures, and workflows.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Capable of self-sufficient and self-motivated work ensuring high quality and timely delivery of actionable and finished intelligence products.
• Knowledge of cyber threats, attack methods and techniques, vulnerabilities, significant security incidents, and threat actors. Knowledge of these in digital assets and third-party supply chain a plus.
• Experience in information security, including knowledge of multiple operating systems, platforms, and network protocols.
• Experience in evaluating, analyzing, and synthesizing large quantities of data for the purposes of identifying malicious activity and drafting agile intelligence products.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written, and/or visual means.
• Experience using the Intelligence Cycle, Cyber Kill Chain, and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
• Experience with open source research techniques and information sources.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP or SANS certifications a plus.
• Experience in the securities, financial services, or digital assets industry a plus.
• Experience in the Intelligence Community or law enforcement as an intelligence analyst a plus.
