RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct routine check on hygiene audit to improve and maintain good personal and food hygiene, safety and housekeeping standards of our production kitchen and F&B Partners.
• Pest control and cleanliness inspection and co-ordinate pest control and cleaning contractor service schedule.
• Work closely with Chief Culinary Officer for pest control, suppliers, food safety committee, F&B partners and recommend corrective measures to all food and hygiene related matters.

Position Overview

We are seeking a cybersecurity professional to support the Digital Assets, Supply Chain, & Tactical Threat Intelligence Team. The professional will conduct research into cyber threat actors, operations, and technologies to create, both independently and as part of a team, analytic products to inform leadership and technology teams about emerging and evolving threats. This role will serve in the Singapore location and support the global cyber threat intelligence coverage. Job Description

The Singapore Population Health Studies (SPHS) is a population-based health research initiative at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. SPHS aims to investigate the interactions between lifestyle, physiological, genetic and other omics biomarkers and their impact on health and longevity. In addition, SPHS will serve as a platform to monitor risk factors in the population and gain insight into determinants of health-related behaviours. For this purpose, SPHS includes over 50,000 adult Singaporeans and long-term residents from three major ethnic groups (Chinese, Malay, and Indian), for a better understanding of disease aetiology in urban Asian settings, and the development of improved preventive and therapeutic measures for Singapore and other Asian populations.

JOB PURPOSE
This role primarily involves the recruitment and data collection activities of the public health research projects under the SPHS unit that will contribute towards the building of a population health biobank for Singapore.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Inviting target participants as defined above to take part in the relevant study by phone call or messaging;
2. Screening their eligibility for the study and making an appointment with them for the study procedures;
3. Provide logistical information for the interview and study site visit;
4. Manage participant flow at the study site visit and verify the participants' survey completion status;
5. Explaining the information in the study consent documents to the extent that the consent, if given, would be informed and voluntary;
6. Obtaining participants’ consent before beginning any study procedures;
7. Interview participants according to the e-questionnaire and entering the responses accurately to the e-questionnaire via a tablet;
8. Timely completion of interview and registration of participants for their study site visit procedures before the cut-off time;
9. Timely preparation of required material and equipment for the study site visits;
10. Organise work outputs to be handed over to the QC supervisor; and

Qualifications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the Payment Processing & Support Team (PPST) / GBM - Asia & Pacific Region in Singapore and the Asia & Pacific Region ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

• Recording and processing of payments on a timely and accurate basis:
• Ensuring invoices and receipts are attached thereto and transactions are properly authorized before payment.
• Issuing of cheques or through payments by SWIFT or GIRO for BNSS and BNSAL direct expenses.
• Ensuring accounting entries are posted timely and accurately into the Bankmaster Plus (BM+).
• Ensuring proper recording of GST component.
  
• Providing administrative support to HR department:
• Posting and verification of HR department’s accounting entries into BM+
• Accurate and timely recording of staff benefits and staff related expenses to assist Singapore HR in expatriates’ income tax reporting and to assist business units in Singapore in their respective expenses reporting and monitoring.
• Process quarterly TSA fee billing and monthly expenses closing for :Monthly/ quarterly expenses reimbursement/ closing for PRO, EO, and other branches / units, including follow up to ensure payments are received promptly. This includes the supporting of regional staff cost allocation and payments.
  
• Prepare nostro accounts charges and overdraft interest charges for input into the BM+.
• Perform reconciliation of cheque engraved form.
• Other administrative tasks assigned, whenever required

Experience/Other Information

• Working experience in Accounts Payable/Payment Processing and/or Nostro reconciliation functions in a Bank. Fresh graduate with strong credentials would be considered as well.
• Proficient in MS Office and especially in MS Excel and MS Words.
• Good knowledge of payment processing.
• Good knowledge of nostro accounts reconciliation.
• A team player and good skill in time management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the supervision and resource planning of the Credit Review Group(CRG).
• Provide guidance and further enhance the overall capability of CRG.
• Management reporting on CRG’s activities in a timely manner.
• Support Co-Heads of IADAP on the reporting of CRG’s activities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the planning group and other relevant groups to enhance the efficiency and quality of the internal processes.
• Support various requests from IAD Tokyo.
• Make audit plans annually for the credit reviews in accordance to the risk assessment in APAC region.
• Cascade the credit review plans to CRG members and ensure deliverables are completed according to planned timeline.
• Supervise CRG members to follow-up on open issues identified and conduct validation review on remediation actions taken by auditee in accordance with CRG recommendations and address BUs’ concerns accordingly.
• Travel within APAC region is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• 10-15 years’ experience in the areas of credit risk analysis, credit approval and/or credit review function. Audit experience in a leadership capacity would be an added advantage.
• Excellent and extensive knowledge in credit risk analysis, financial analysis/projections and credit rating models across Large Corporates, Structured Real Estate finance, Project Finance, Securitization, LBO and/or Banks/Non-Banks Financial Institutions.
• General knowledge in Retail and Islamic Finance would be an added advantage.
• Strong ability and confidence to lead the group members effectively with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Good writing and communication skills. Proficiency in both English and Japanese is highly preferred to present and communicate with senior stakeholders at Japan Head Office.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Powerpoint. Added advantage for knowledge/experience in programming applications e.g. Power BI, Python.
