Requirements

- A degree holder with 1-2 years of relevant working experience within an asset management

business, or from Big 4 or outsourced accounting services industry with experience specialising

funds/financial services industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.

- Must be driven, responsible, proactive, meticulous and detailed oriented.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to work independently and under pressure in a small team.

- Must be organised and able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.

- Must be flexible often dealing with ad-hoc queries from various stakeholders.

Job scope

• Handle Daily Purchasing operation including sourcing, quotation inquiry, negotiating pricing and expediting delivery schedule
• Receive Purchase Requisition form from various departments and place order
• Prepare and issuance of Purchase order
• Track and trace Purchase order and delivery schedules and communicate the status updates to the relevant departments and storemans

Job Responsibilities:

• Actuarial – Prophet Modelling

1. Work with the team lead on IFRS 17 projects to maintain IFRS 17 actuarial model, and new product modelling
2. Data preparation including model inputs, model points and assumptions for IFRS 17
3. Analyze, document and conduct impact analysis under IFRS 17 reporting.

• Actuarial – IFRS 17 Valuation

1. Provide support in End to End reporting production and actuarial analysis to fulfil the reporting obligation under IFRS 17.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Head, Chief Information Security Officer, Asia & Oceania to drive the Bank’s security transformation agenda including implementation of security strategy and technology solutions for the region.
• Establish a security governance framework aligned with industry best practices including developing and maintaining security policies and standards.
• Identify and prioritize security risks and establish risk mitigation strategies and controls.
• Ensure that the Bank is in compliance with the relevant regulations (e.g., HKMA SPMs and MAS TRMG) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001 and NIST).
• Monitor changes in regulatory landscape and update security policies and standards accordingly.
• Lead the responses to cybersecurity incidents.

Requirement

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in information security related work including proven record as an Information Security Officer
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, and CGEIT
• Extensive experience in security governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing security governance programs is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., HKMA SPMs and MAS TRMG) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including presentations and writing risk papers, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
