• To send daily/monthly inventory reports to clients on a timely basis
• To upkeep and file related documentation on time and accurately. (E.g. Goods receipt notes, shipping documents and inventory records etc)
• Perform warehousing standards for quality management systems
• Formulate business process solutions to innovate current business processes
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience in the logistics industry
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Possess communication skills
• ITE certificate or Diploma holder
• About 2 years of working experience
• Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently with people person mindset
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner

Requirements:

Proven experience with Knime or good Knowledge

Proficient in Knime modules.

Degree in business /Statistics.

Ability to speak and write in Chinese as the incumbent requires to liaise with the China HQ counterparts/personnel for work or project related matters
