The Driving Range Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and overall operations of OCC driving range facility. Your responsibilities will include assisting patrons, managing ball dispensers, tee up system, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and supporting the overall customer experience.

Requirement

• GCE / ITE / Diploma
• Bilingual to communicate with diverse group of customers. Preferably fluent in English
• Computer literate
• Ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and generate of reports

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience required

Weekly rotating Team A / Team B (5.5 days)

Assist Project Manager to identify and assess any foreseeable risk

• Perform the role of Secretary in WSH Committee.
• Be aware of all the latest applicable statutory requirements & owners requirements from current affairs or any other medium.
• Measure and monitor the WSH performance of the project and discuss WSH performance in the WSH committee meetings and recommend areas for improvement
• Encourage site staff participation in hazard inspection, reporting and rectification.
• Establish and implement an emergency response programme.
• Monitor OSH performance and progress regularly and implementation of Safety & Health Violation penalty system.
• Inspect Machinery, Equipment or Plant validity.
• Review Safe Work Procedure.
• Inquire incident/accident, for documents.
• Recommend best practice.
• Eliminate hazard – Minimize hazard.
• Implementation of Permit to Work System.
• Auditing production, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behavior or breaks in regulations
• Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
• Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe
• Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business processes
• Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety
• standards throughout the production team and the entire company

• Investigating causes of accidents andother unsafe conditions on the job site
• Reviewing and reporting on the staff's compliance with health and safety rules

Requirements

• Possess at least a Specialist Diploma in WSH and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Workplace safety and health (WSH)-related and certificate in ECO
• MOM registered WSH Officer and NEA registered ECO + PUB registered ECMO.
• Possess at least 3 years’ related experience preferably in Construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Well organized with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and good team player.
• Willing to work 6 days/week. (Mon-Friday, 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am-12pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily QC Inspection (weight, quantity, metal detector, packaging check, date code, collect samples for microbial test) to ensure that all finished products are meeting internal quality standards.
• Conduct GMP and personal hygiene inspection.
• Check and ensure all CCPs and CPs are properly controlled and monitored.
• Conduct daily and weekly sensory evaluation for finished products.
• Conduct building and facility checks with Facility Team, submit report and ensure actions taken for issues brought up.
• Conduct Incoming Raw material quality check for Flour and Oil (Visual, Moisture, COA etc.).
• Manage daily sampling for finished products including planning, collection, labelling, input of data and organoleptic test.
• Conduct environment monitoring including air test, hand and protect coat swab, equipment and packaging TPC swab as per schedule.
• Conduct incoming imported goods physical inspection and record any non-conforming products.
• Key-in and release raw materials and finished products from SAP System.
• Other tasks as required and delegated by QC Executive.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or related fields
• Fast learner and independent
• Interest for food industry is preferred
• Singaporean only

Work location: 1 or 5 Senoko Road

Contractual Work timing: Mon - Thu 8am - 6pm, Fri 8am - 5pm.

(Successful candidate will be given priledged shortened workweek Mon - Friday 8 am to 5 pm)
