Details:

• Assist in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles to parents
• Coordinate & arrange 1st tuition lesson between client and tutors
• Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company
• 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays, 2 Weekends, 9.00AM to 6.30PM
• Able to commit for minimum 1 year
• $2,300 - $3,000/Month & Monthly Bonuses ($200 - $700/Month)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and completion of medical shipments
• Liaising with our customers, booking of airfreight space with airlines and execution of medical AWBs
• Handle import and export medical inventory logistics duties, updating of inventory documents, picking; and packing of items
• Any other duties as assigned by the Operation Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in Airfreight and Logistics industry
• Require knowledge of computer (e.g., Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc.)
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good communications and interpersonal skill

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Estimate the sales of maintenance components.
• Create the required quotes and engage in negotiations with clients.
• Keep track of and update the sales status.
• Create the required reports for sales and quoting work.
• Release job instructions and other pertinent materials for the project.
• Support the creation and upkeep of software used in sales.
• Coordinate work-related issues with other departments.
• Report to the supervisor on any issues with the division.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates with experience in negotiation with external customers is an advantage
• Experience in Sales or Customer service is an advantage
• Minimum NITEC
