Job Description:

• Conduct follow-up calls to clients.
• Support clients in completing their applications through the bank system.
• Coordinate pending documentation with clients and the processing team.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to management.
• Address and resolve objections effectively.
• Work closely with relevant departments to resolve client issues and concerns.

Job Requirement:

• No relevant experiences are needed (training will be provided).
• Minimum qualification: "N" Level.
• Possess good phone etiquette.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries via hotline or other channels eg email

Our client is a well-established market leader in the FMCG industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Warehouse Officer to join their warehouse team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Jobs Scope:

• Perform receiving and QC checks, updating records in WMS/QC systems.
• Ensure items meet quality standards and manage quality photos in reports.
• Reject non-compliant items, handle disposal, and prevent store delivery of such products.
• Train new staff on fruit quality checks and handle administrative tasks like orders and feedback.
• Carry cartons (up to 20 kg) and operate MHE for pallet movements.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and other assigned duties.

Requirement:

• Min 1 year of warehouse experience
• Comfortable with rotating shift
