Job Description

• Responsible for full spectrum of AR, AP & GL Function
• Key in and preparation of payment, reconciliation of vendors' accounts
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and outgoing payments
• Monitoring the progress of projects, investigating variances, and ensuring that project billings are issued to customers
• Assist in monthly closing, annual audit process and reconciliations
• Perform other admin and accounting duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in accountancy or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in AP & AR functions
• Having knowledge of GST - input & output tax
• Familiar with MS Excel and accounting software
• Able to work on a 5.5-day (alt Sat-off) work week schedule

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily HR functions.
• Maintain, approve & update all employee leave record.
• Make arrangements for workers dormitory and medical check-up upon workers' arrival and monitoring of dormitory movement.
• Arrange flight ticket for workers.
• Managing and maintaining employee data in the system to ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
• Carry out end to end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures and staff training
• To handle end to end passes related issues such as work pass application, S-Pass, EP, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration etc;
• Prepare letters/contracts pertaining to employee’s appointment, resignation, confirmation and other HR related letters;
• Handling government related matters including company quota, worker’s levy and etc;
• Good knowledge of MOM Employment act;
• To handle end to end BCA matters such as application & renewal for the corporate licences/certification
• To handle end to end ISO
• To renew company insurances and process claims, if any
• Prepare quotation & tender if any
• Any Ad-hoc matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle operational HR matters.
• Work with the line managers on their recruitment needs and ensure that the recruitment is in accordance with the manpower plan
• Required to update and accurate maintenance of digital and electronic internal employee records.
• Supporting work pass application processes for foreign workers with liaising with government parties.
• Deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner; identify and resolve HR issues if required.
• Provide support in the implementation of HR strategy and execution of any supporting programs.
• Supporting new hire onboarding and exiting process for internal employees.
• Ability to perform payroll tasks related to the input and reconciliation of timekeeping data, new hires, terminations, salary changes, compensation, and benefits payouts, in accordance with established operating procedures and deadlines.
• Conducting performance and wage reviews.

Requirements :

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of experience in office management and HR Operations experience.
• Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and regulations is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office/365, including word, excel, power point and Outlook a must.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationship with stakeholders, communities, authorities, public, etc.

• Disseminate information and handle all feedbacks and complaints from stakeholders and public

Requirements:

• HIgher NITEC / Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English (both in written and spoken) (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
• Possess excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 year experience in PR & relevant experience in LTA projects & Government projects

Job Description:

• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings, construction drawings and latest information.
• Ensure integrity/ quality of the models.
• Generate documentation and shop drawings from BIM Models.
• Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication.
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM-Based quantification and 4D simulation
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for additional BIM-Based deliverables such as 5D Progress Evaluation and 6D Asset and Facility Management.
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction related disciplines
• At least 1-2 years of local experience in the Construction Industry
• Experience in BIM software / tools
• Working experience in Revit is preferred
• Selected applicants will be given extensive structured training. Remuneration shall commensurate with working experience and qualifications.
