General Overview

This position reports to Supervisor (Marine Operations) and assisting him/her in ensuring safe, reliable and efficient ship-shore operations, inclusive of interfaces activities for JTJ, STS & FSRU and FSU services.

The incumbent will oversee the maintenance of marine equipment, monitoring the contractors appointed for marine activities and screen LNG ship for SLNG’s acceptance prior to ship arrival.

Roles and ResponsibilIties

• Internal Control & Compliance: Act as an internal controller under the Operational Permanent Control (OPC) framework for Wealth Management in Hong Kong & Singapore, following established control guidelines.
• KSP Controls: Perform Key Surveillance Points (KSP) controls related to the selling process of financial instruments, ensuring compliance with the Control Plan.
• Data Analysis & Testing: Collate and analyze raw data, gather information from internal stakeholders, and conduct tests to assess internal controls.
• Process & Procedure Assessment: Assess the quality of internal processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with operational activities covered by the KSPs using a risk-based approach.
• Breaches Investigation: Investigate breaches in internal processes, identify root causes, and propose remediation actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Documentation: Ensure detailed documentation of control preparation, execution, and results.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on the level of risk and outcomes of KSP controls.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expertise on specified KSP themes and contribute to the management of internal control documentation and guidelines.
