• Review management accounts and assist in planning of the audit engagements including, but not limited to, understanding of the client’s business environment, assessment of key risks areas, determination of materiality and performance of preliminary analytical review

Job Description:

• Team member in audit engagements, which include planning, executing risk based financial and operational audits and completing audit statutory financial audits.
• Obtain a thorough understanding of Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSA) and common audit procedures and techniques.
• Develop a good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and financial statements presentation and generally accepted accounting principles and others reporting requirements, where applicable.
• Research and analyse financial statements and audit related issues.
• Manage client's expectation and provide timely updates and or feasible solutions on their queries.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and Office 365.
• Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.

Job Description

· Able communicate effectively with Japanese clients and their headquarters

. Manage audit engagements which include planning, analysis of controls and processes, preparation and review of audit documentations and management letters

· Monitor engagement progress against budget and timeline

· Develop and maintain long-term client relationships

· Coach and develop team members to achieve technical competencies and efficient performance

Job Requirements

. Fluent in Japanese language (Native or JLPT N1 certified)

· Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification

· Proficient in MS Office applications

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Minimum 2 years of related experience

· Familiar with the Singaporean regulatory and reporting environment
