• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all HSSE requirements through monitoring and audit/inspection of the contractors.
• Supervise a team of HSSE officers and engineers from site contractors
• Manage and authorize Permit to Work system for all critical activities on site daily basis.
• Actively participate in the daily toolbox meeting with Contractors and ensure effective risk communication.
• Provide training and induction/awareness courses on HSSE and related areas.
• Interface with other trades and contractors as required, to ensure a good relationship & communications on HSE matters.
• Review HSSE related documentation i.e. safe work method statement, risk assessment and provide acceptance.
• Lead HSSE initiatives and communication/coordination groups to share HSSE learning and ensure consistent standards and application.
• Resolve minor HSSE issues at site level, recording issues for future learning/trends, and raise major issues for greater awareness and resolution at higher levels if required.
• HSSE reporting and participation/leading investigations of accidents/incidents.
• Assist in co-ordinating with Management, Client, Contractors and local government authorities on all HSE matters.
• Undertake and lead incident investigations and to ensure investigation is closed in time.
• Updating on the current HSSE trend and best practices and implement on site.
• Updating and ensuring that all safety procedures are up to date
• Assist in the implementation, review and improving the Safety Management System.
• Conducting and managing internal audits (Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and closeout as per the schedule).
• Ensure construction personnel are competent and received sufficient trainings before commencement of any works.
• Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Procedure Manual; and
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as and when required or attend ad-hoc matters assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ working relevant working.
• Shall be accredited to Singapore WSHO and registered under MOM.
• Good knowledge of HSSE legislations.
• Knowledge of OHSAS, ISO 14001 & SMS audit system implementation.
• Knowledge on auditing skill.
• Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good communication, motivation, and solution orientated skills.

Job Description

Job Scope & Responbilities :

* Handle for full set of account

* Financial month end closing

* Coordinate and liaise with external parties like auditors, tax agents and tax authorities

* Responsible for all duties related to Human Resources,

* Monthly payroll preparation, CPF submission

* Responsible of IRAS AIS,IR8A, Corporate tax, Income tax etc.

* MOM WPOL/EPOL/ matter

* Handling other admin duties

* Perform any other ad hoc duties when required.

Job Requirements :

* Candidate must possess at least diploma or equivalent.

* Language: Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin (read, write and speak) as the incumbent needs to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates in the course of work.

* At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
