1. JOB SUMMARY

To oversee tasks delegated by the Project team management to ensure the project is progressing on time and on budget. To collaborate with the whole project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to drive new projects to maturity

Job Requirements

Purpose: Strategic planning and develop cost effective & low risk manufacturing/assembly process steps/planning from raw material to completion including special processes through Product Quality Plan(PQP).

Qualification & Experiences:

Purpose: The role is responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities of the Company products and processes. You are required to drive internal departments on quality-related issues to follow up on effective corrective/preventive actions. You will be liaising with the internal team to support QBR, RMA, IFR, MRB, FAI Review and approval with Supplier and customer, In-Process Audit, FA Launch, 8D, SDR, FPY, tracker processes, and communicate between customer and internal team on Quality related matters.

Key areas of responsibilities:

• Lead and drive customer quality CAB meetings to derive root causes and corrective and preventive actions based on 8D methodology
• Perform ad-hoc visits to customer sites to facilitate investigation and improvement proposal

Qualification & Experiences:

• Strong knowledge and practices in 8D, SPC, FMEA, 6-sigma methodology (Certified Black/Green Belt), and change management

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of process scheme/process flow diagram/FEED and process description
• Familiar with material and heat balance calculations and thermal rating of heat exchangers
• Development of process data sheets and able to perform NPSH/hydraulic calculation and equipment and line sizing
• Participate in Hazop Study and develop the P&ID

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering

Job Scope

The Process Engineer applies engineering principles and techniques to optimise the production processes in a manufacturing environment to meet organisational objectives. His/her work also includes troubleshooting process engineering issues and developing work instructions for out-of-control processes. He/she will be required to analyse manufacturing/maintenance issues and recommend engineering solutions.

In addition, the Process Engineer leads production and manufacturing systems improvement projects and is expected to develop operation plans per organisational objectives. He/she would also be required to ensure compliance with workplace safety, health and other regulatory requirements in his/her line.

We are looking for a highly skilled High Voltage/Medium Voltage Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high voltage and medium voltage systems in offshore substations. • Design and Development: Collaborate with the system supplier to design and develop HV/MV systems and equipment (Electrical, Protection & SCADA) for offshore substations.

The ASRS Operation Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, and supporting system upgrades and modifications to meet operational requirements. Taking up the role of Team leader of the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Operate ASRS equipment, including automated cranes, conveyors, and control systems, to perform material handling tasks such as loading, unloading, and storing goods in designated locations.
• Follow maintenance schedules and perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on ASRS equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues affecting ASRS equipment performance, using diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals.

OVERVIEW 

As a Broadcast Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and optimal performance of all broadcast equipment and systems. Your role will involve maintaining high technical standards to guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted transmission of our originated channels. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all systems are fully operational, facilitating smooth broadcasting and minimal downtime. You will be the backbone of our broadcast operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently across CNBC Asia Pacific’s platforms. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of broadcast equipment and contribute to new installation projects. 

• Lead assigned engineering projects, managing the planning, design, and implementation phases. 

• Maintain and update system and infrastructure diagrams to ensure they reflect any changes to the facility or infrastructure. 

• Ensure continuous, uninterrupted operation of CNBC Asia Pacific’s originated channels. 

• Maintain and ensure the full operational functionality of production systems to support scheduled production activities.

Job Requirements :

· Bachelor's degree in Engeering studied, or a related field

• Liaise with M&E Consultants
• Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
