Responsibilities: -

• Provide technical support to Operating Plants for safe & smooth plant operations
• In charge of daily chemical & mechanical processes.
• Initiate and implement plans for performance improvement and economic / capacity optimization
• Perform plant simulation to identify high return opportunities to business team
• Draft process improvement idea with the objectives to improve process / occupational safety, improve product safety / quality, reduce energy consumption, improve production capacity / productivity, and reduce costs.

A quantity surveyor may work for either the client, the contractor or sub-con, working in an office or on site. They are involved in a project from the start, preparing estimates and costs of the work.

When the project is in progress, quantity surveyors keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assisting and supporting technical sales team in terms of scope of supplies and costing with respect to electrical, automation requirements during the prospecting stage for water/wastewater related systems and projects.
2. Liaising and communicating with agents/distributors/OEM partners/end-user customers on technical details and specifications of parts and components where EICA works are concerned.

8. Compiling and handing over operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals (electrical and PLC portions etc) to our agents/distributors and end-user customers.

Purpose and Scope

Job Scope

The Process Engineer applies engineering principles and techniques to optimise the production processes in a manufacturing environment to meet organisational objectives. His/her work also includes troubleshooting process engineering issues and developing work instructions for out-of-control processes. • Compliance: Ensure all HV/MV systems comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Inspection and Testing: Perform regular inspections, conduct factory testing and support in field commissioning to assess the technical compliance and performance of HV/MV equipment.
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Diagnose and provide technical support in resolving technical issues on HV/MV systems and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience: At least 3 ~ 5 years of relevant experience in high voltage or medium voltage engineering, preferably in an offshore environment.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, proficiency in using electrical design software.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in high voltage or medium voltage engineering are a plus.
