6 PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS

6.1 The Contractor’s support personnel managing the servers must be trained and minimally be proficient in the following areas:

Windows Server

(a) The System Engineer shall minimally possess the following requirement:

(i) At least three (3) years of experience in Microsoft Server administration;

and

(ii) Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA);

• Knowledge in source code management tools such as Git and GitHub, and experience with branching and merging strategies.

Duties:

Management of Maintenance, Utilities & Facilities

● Collaborate with maintenance and utilities managers to ensure all equipment have an effective PM or predictive program to ensure all equipment are in high energy efficiency operations

● Support the development of system and program to track energy conservation projects, cost savings from new initiatives and prepare stretch goal for each year to reduce cost of energy for the site

● Prepare utility budgets, monitor actual billing spending and track energy conservation projects against this budget. Analyze and report out risk and mitigation plans.

● Coordinate the implementation of energy projects with utilities operation with least impact to manufacturing

Management of Capital Plans & Projects

● Recommend energy efficient process, system or proven equipment to Project Engineers in their capital planning process or in their capital procurement plan

● Coordinate and update global energy project planning system to maintain a good energy conservation pipeline for each year and over a 3-5 years period to ensure energy sustainability and reducing site energy consumption levels

● Ensure projects are timely, on budget and completed in compliance to safety and quality

● Due to diversity of the site and the complexity of projects, priority of projects and changes of priority affects the planning process. As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the technical infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and streamlining operational workflows to support Project WATT. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will ensure seamless integration between hardware, software, and operational systems, enabling the successful achievement of project objectives.

Your role focuses on ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of technical systems. Unlike the Operation Manager, who oversees resource allocation and process efficiency, or the Firmware Engineer, who specializes in hardware-software interactions, you will bridge technical infrastructure with business and operational needs. By driving system optimization and cross-functional collaboration, you will play a pivotal role in supporting robust and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• System Infrastructure Management: Design, configure, and maintain technical systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and resource efficiency.
• Dashboard Administration: Oversee WATT’s dashboard system, ensuring accurate data visualization, reporting, and accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.
• EVCO Reporting and Compliance: Manage technical aspects of EVCO reporting and ensure all system-related operations comply with regulatory and safety standards.
• System Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor system health and performance, implementing proactive measures to enhance stability and prevent disruptions.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system-level issues, coordinating with Firmware, Integration, and QA teams to address root causes and implement fixes.
• Workflow Documentation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system workflows, ensuring consistency and efficiency in system operations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in system operations, infrastructure management, or EV/IoT industries will be given priority.
• Proven expertise in system architecture, configuration, and maintenance, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Familiarity with dashboard systems, EVCO reporting, and regulatory compliance processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in system monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques, with a track record of resolving complex technical issues.
• Strong organizational skills, with experience documenting workflows and standard procedures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across technical and operational teams.

Job Description:

1. Act as test lead and generate test documentation such as test strategy, test report, test planning. Working with team member whenever required
2. Understand and translate requirements, design/functional specifications to define test requirements, and design test cases.
3. Participate in reviews for feature requirements. Perform analysis and improvement on the existing test cases.

Requirements:

3. Knowledge and expertise in test automation tools.
4. Hands on experience in test automation frameworks
5. Programming experience in scripting languages is required (preferably Python).
6. Experience in Ladder Programming is required
7. Experience/knowledge of industrial automation and PLC application.
8. Familiarity with Rockwell products i.e. Allen Bradley, Rockwell Automation, in particular with IO’s, DIO’s controller’s families, panel view/HMI and RSLogix5000/500 Application Software will be a great advantage.

Job Summary

An independent contributor role who is willing to learn and responsible to support, plan, develop, implement, integrate, deploy and test IT Security solutions and architectures that meet the client needs. This role will work closely with product vendors to ensure customer infrastructure is in good condition, handle patching process and maintain the IT security components. As a team player, the scope also involves evaluating and analyse security product solutions, product enablement to get familiar of the products’ usage, providing technical product demo(s), support on Pre & Post POC discussion, integration and maintenance service support.

Job Holder’s Specifications

· Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent (Fresh Grad who is willing to learn may apply);

· Minimum 3years of relevant work experience in IT security implementation and operations;

· Knowledge in Software Architecture, security design, Application layer of programming knowledge, understanding typical software development cycle, Basic knowledge on Complier/Linker do on application build in high level and basic knowledge on CI/CD and DevOps;

· Good to have knowledge for application hacking methodologies;

· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skill;

· Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills with fluent English and Mandarin.

· Able to perform well in a fast pace and high ambiguity environment.
