In 2024, the Data Platform Engineering team is going to implement various data processing tasks on the newly built next-generation data platform. We aim to further optimize data storage, processing, application, interfaces, and other dimensions. As a Lead ML Engineer, you will play a leading role in operationalizing ML Models developed by data scientists. You will serve as the focal point for ML model refactoring, optimization, containerization, deployment, and quality monitoring. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Drive product failure investigation, perform product failure analysis from field returns and AEC failure, recommend enhancement to countermeasure root cause failure.
• Responsible to create, execute and release Failure Analysis report.
• Provide management and cross functional team with product failure analysis data.
• Develop new lab capabilities based on customer's FA analysis requirements.
• Document new failure analysis operating procedures, training and certification specs.
• Perform routine instrument preventive maintenance and laboratory housekeeping.
• Operate SEM & EDX machine to understand and analyze the elements of the samples provided.
• Operate X-ray machine to check if there are any abnormalities on the samples provided.
• Lead /Supervise the Technician(s) on FA assignment.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Electronic and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of working experience in electronic manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
• Experience of using SEM & EDX machine is highly desired.
• Has an inquisitive mind for new knowledge in addition to having excellent analytical skills.
• Strong in quality improvement tools and techniques.
• Posseses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• 5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 5.15 pm)
• Transport pick-up at Bedok MRT station.
