About the Role:
As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with the project team in a DevOps environment to drive continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), and continuous testing (CT). You will work closely with development and operations teams to create customized DevOps strategies and toolsets for individual squads, ensuring scalable and high-availability systems are set up and maintained. You will be responsible for automating the deployment and security hardening of systems, as well as managing containerized environments using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to implement DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment, and testing.
• Work with development and operations teams to create DevOps strategies and toolsets tailored to individual squads.
• Set up, deploy, and maintain scalable, high-availability systems.
• Automate deployment and security hardening processes for systems in line with industry best practices.
• Build and maintain scalable containerized systems using tools like Red Hat OpenShift and MLOps tools.
• Implement security hardening practices across testing, deployment, and production environments.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and development environments.
• Write scripts for service monitoring, system health checks, and automation.
• Handle day-to-day system monitoring, backup, deployment, and maintenance.

About You:

• Proven experience in cloud orchestration, configuration management, and auto-scaling techniques.
• Strong expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD preferred).
• Experience managing container image pipelines.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience with installation and configuration of Red Hat Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Familiarity with load balancing setups for TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and routing.
• Understanding of IT security standards such as CIS.
• Hands-on experience with Infra-as-Code for configuration management and application deployment.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java or Python preferred).
• Knowledge of continuous integration, test automation, version control, and software configuration management.
• Familiarity with machine learning and MLOps tools such as H2O.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the software development or server infrastructure domain.
• Experience with software-defined infrastructure (e.g., OpenStack).
• Proficiency in infrastructure provisioning tools such as Docker and Ansible.
• Strong understanding of hardware infrastructure systems (network switches, firewalls, routers) and Linux OS.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps principles and practices; DevSecOps experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with AWS CloudFormation scripts for configuration management and application deployment.
• At least 1 year of experience working closely with infrastructure teams. Experience with Linux, Windows, and network troubleshooting is advantageous.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating closely with developers.

• Issuance of QAQC Non-compliance to sub-contractors
• Attend monthly QAQC presentation and meeting at Corporate QAQC Department
