MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical field assistance in promoting spare part sales, maintenance, operation, equipment installation supervision and startup and/or shutdowns for all CPM processes. · Promoting aftermarkets/replacement spare parts or services for existing and potential new customers

· Identify customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth

· Provide technical field assistance in maintenance, installation, operation, and startup for CPM equipment; prepare customer field report after each trip.
