Responsibilities:

• Lead development of new process to recycle and reuse metal scraps.
• Research and develop process of upcycling metal scraps (titanium/aluminum alloy).
• Research recycling of 3DP metal powders and reduction of raw material cost.
• Provide development plan and risk mitigation for projects to management.
• Manage collaboration projects with Institute of Higher Learning or Research Institutes on new material or new technology development.

Requirements:

• Masters / PhD in Materials Science, Metal Material Engineering or Analytical Chemistry.
• 2 years of relevant R&D working experience preferred.
• Have experience in metal material development and qualification in either mold, fixture or product.
• Possess knowledge in material characterization and metal powder production process.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative to timely resolve client's security system issues
• Deliver comprehensive support and maintenance services, encompassing routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, expansions, alterations, and systems training
• Create detailed system diagrams using AutoCAD software
• Build strong partnerships with clients while continuously striving to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain the support & maintenance contract renewal

We are seeking a skilled SCCM SME Engineer to join a global financial institution’s IT team. This role focuses on managing enterprise-scale SCCM infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting IT operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust configuration management framework to meet the institution's global requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain SCCM infrastructure to support global desktop and server environments.
• Manage tasks such as OS deployment, application packaging, and enterprise patch management.
• Develop and deploy automation scripts to enhance SCCM operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
• Provide Level 3/SME support for SCCM-related issues and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline software distribution and endpoint configuration.
• Conduct regular performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization of SCCM systems.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in SCCM, including:

- OS Deployment (OSD).
- Software Update Management (SUM).

Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), Intune, and hybrid SCCM-Intune environments.
