8. Submission of monthly progress claim to clients and monitoring of variation works, avoid wide differential in claim and payment amounts. To finalize project accounts and variation claims early for client’s verification and payment.

9. To monitor the progress of work on site and recommend, if appropriate, the interim payment certification to supplier/subcontractors proposed by the designated Project Engineer.

10. To access, recommend and recruit suitable subcontractors and work force to provide quality engineering services to our clients.

11. To be readily involved in tender estimation, variation quotation and costing preparation and assist the project manager in the preparation of budgetary statement.

Job Responsiblities:

• Collect daily job notifications from the Board’s officers at the start of each work day.
• Carry out site survey at customer’s premises in advance of actual meter fixing/removal/replacement works to assess site conditions (for example, no obstruction to meters, valves on water mains are as per plans).
• Site survey before meter fixing/removal/replacement job, supervision of contractor’s work
• Check and record initial readings on new meters and final readings on old meters, including photographic records
• Service Includes taking records of works in progress/completed, ensuring work procedures and safety measures are carried out as specified, reporting any incident promptly, maintaining close contact with PUB officers, managing and tracking the movement of meters including related fittings, supervision of metering works as directed and in accordance with daily check sheets.
• Carrying out site visit to check on the meter condition, interviewing customers to establish the facts, taking additional meter readings on site for analysis.

• Planning project timeline and ensure project completion within schedule.

Job Description: Senior Network Engineer

We are seeking a consultant with extensive experience Expertise in exchange connectivity and trading network infrastructure design, implementation and support (CCIE is a strong ‘plus’)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and upgrade network and connectivity to other offices, regional exchanges, collocation sites and clients.
• Provide network design, solution deployment, and technical documentation for network and security
• related equipment such as LAN, WAN, Data Center networks.
• Translates business requirements into technical designs that ensure availability, stability, scalability,

Required Skills & Qulaification:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent
• 5 to 7 years’ experience of network architecture design, implementation, and support
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in deploying network and security equipment, such as Cisco routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, and DWDM Layer 1 experience.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IP multicast, QoS, VPC, VRF, spanning tree, Data
• Centre setup and Cisco ISE with strong deployment and troubleshooting experience
• 5 to 7 years’ experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting/analysis tools, such as Zabbix, MFNA, SolarWinds, Wireshark, CPacket, Sev One .
• Familiarity with Market access across Asia Pacific, and ability to utilize network knowledge and experience to improve network infrastructure performance.
• Working knowledge of ITIL framework
• 5 to 7 years’ experience handling complex IT-related projects: from writing a proposal, initiating, & planning projects, to executing, monitoring/controlling projects, until and including project closure.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for daily basis service work and handling new installation projects and testing commissions for air-cooled and water-cooled chiller.

- Routine servicing of Commercial Chillers (Air-cooled & Water-cooled chillers) onsite.

- Routine duties includes maintenance, troubleshooting and repair to commercial chillers, AHU, FCU, VRV CRAC, VRV Systems, including tear down and rebuild (overhauling).

- Able to read specifications and drawings by contractors.

- Inspecting and testing systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications and to detect/locate malfunctions.

- Organise and keep up with records and report all faults, deficiencies and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders.

- Responsible for adjusting system controls to settings recommended by manufacturer to balance systems handling for all types of refrigerant.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, Chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems

Data Solutions Engineer (Fixed Term Contract)

We are seeking a Data Solutions Engineer with 5+ years of experience in implementing data solutions using GCP, AWS, and Big Data technologies. The role requires proficiency in SQL programming, Java, and expertise in RDBMS/NoSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy data solutions using AWS and GCP.
• Ensure clarity and implementation of Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).

Requirements:
