Responsibilities:

• Develop PLC programs, functional design specifications, and control schematics.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Capacity Planning/Automation Engineer to support our client’s Data Center team. This role will focus on ensuring the availability of sufficient materials for Hosting and Network Services, as well as developing automation solutions to streamline reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capacity planning, data analysis, and automation development.

Key Responsibilities:

Capacity Planning:

• Collaborate with vendors to forecast and ensure adequate supply of materials to support Hosting and Network Services operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, assess future needs, and mitigate risks of material shortages.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.

Automation Development:

• Design and implement automated solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain tools for generating critical reports, such as:
• Work Queue Status Reports
• Capacity Reports
• Identify opportunities to optimize manual workflows through automation and propose actionable solutions.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support operational decision-making.
• Analyze trends and metrics to improve operational performance and capacity planning processes.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Hiring Manager and cross-functional teams to align capacity planning with business goals.
• Partner with vendors, Hosting, and Network Services teams to ensure seamless operations and proactive planning.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of proven experience in capacity planning, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Experience and knowledge with IT infrastructure and data center operations
• Experience in automation / scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, VBA, or other tools).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms will be a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Automation Tester (Tosca/Selenium)

Experience Level: 6-9 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using TOSCA or Selenium.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand application features and create robust test plans.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide detailed reports.
• Ensure high-quality software releases by identifying and mitigating risks.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve test automation frameworks.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and deliverables are on schedule.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in automation testing, specifically with large banking applications.
• Proficiency in using TOSCA or Selenium for test automation.
• Strong knowledge of Java or .NET programming languages.
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester, Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer, TOSCA Automation Specialist, or Selenium Certification.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools.

The EICA Engineer shall be in the discipline of Electrical, Instrumentation & Control in delivery of large scale power generation project. The Engineer shall have at least 10 years of relevant engineering experience in delivery of large scale industrial/ utilities projects (e.g. waste, water, oil & gas, power) or relevant experience in delivering large solid waste management projects (e.g. WTE, sludge incineration, materials recovery and food waste treatment).

The duties shall include the following but not limited to:

• Work as owner’s engineer to lead the EICA project implementation at site.
• Proactive attitude and solution orientated personality with leadership mentality and for the EICA discipline, assisting project director for the contract execution.
• Strong capability of specification capability for all I&C related specification. e.g. DCS / PLC system configuration, topology and controller, RIO engineering.
• In depth of understanding for automation package for contract implementation of automation systems for WtE project.
• Contracts management in the I & C discipline for the WtE project
• Review the submittals from Contractors for Process Control like Waste Reception system, Incinerator-Boiler System, Water Steam Cycle, weighbridge system, building services, Enterprise Resources Planning, Communication Network Infrastructure, DCS, PLC etc.
• Essential understanding of P&ID of process engineering
• Engage in Technical discussion for all control system related issue with contractor and client
• Participate in HAZOP review, SIL safety and design for safety workshops
• Work with electrical team closely for all power and process interfaces
• Participation of FAT of automation equipment, DCS, PMS, PLC and RIO
• Provide Technical support in Testing and Commissioning of the plant

Job Requirements:

• A relevant Engineering Degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or registration with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in design and construction of large infrastructure and/or industrial projects, waste to energy plants, power plant projects, or waste/water management projects in Singapore is preferred but overseas/international experience will be considered as relevant.
