The Riot Operations Center (ROC) provides 24/7 live response for issues that impact our players. The ROC maintains three sites around the world to provide this coverage, and each site must be able to act independently while keeping its processes and direction aligned with those of the ROC as a whole. In the future, the ROC will increase the value it provides by taking over much of the technical triage and mitigation that is currently performed by game teams, resulting in faster incident resolution, and requiring a more engineering-focused culture in the ROC.

Role Summary

We are looking to find a Manager, to be based out of our home offices in Singapore. You should have the right to work in Singapore. Note we will be hiring on a rolling basis and are currently looking for three manager roles in total across London, Accra, Washington DC, Dubai and Singapore, each for a fixed-term contract of 24 months.

In recognition of the growing client interest in solutions delivered with TBI partners, we are looking for talented managers to join a newly formed Partnerships Flex-Pool team. TBI works closely with our government clients and partners to innovate and accelerate delivery of results. We support our clients and partners to develop and activate proof-of-concepts and partner solutions, with an aim of rapid learning and iteration to implement at scale.

The Partnerships Flex-Pool, which this role will form part of, will provide interim, dedicated, in-country support (for deployments of between 3-6 months) to the scoping and delivery of new partnership proof-of-concepts and solutions, helping to pilot, test, deliver and scale. The remaining 6+ months will be spent in the home office, delivering other tasks relating to the activation and scale of partner solutions.

This role is ideal for candidates who have the demonstrated ability to create change through their work with private sector partners and government entities. Candidates must have the ability to operate with clients (together with country teams who hold those relationships) which include Ministers and senior government officials, as well as our tech and non-tech partners. Partnership Proof-of-Concept/Pilot and Partnership Solution Activation (In-Country Deployment)

• Working with our Global Client Services team and Global Partnerships colleagues, support in-country TBI project teams to co-design and deliver partner solutions that leverage TBI's extended capabilities through partnerships, with example tasks below:

The Assistant Event Manager works on a variety of projects simultaneously and serves as the day-to-day planning contact for each respective department. The Assistant Event Manager is responsible for the day-to-day internal contact and project planning functions and overseeing such elements as website development, attendee management, budget management, and final program billing.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, follow up with site inspection notes, revised estimated budget, program itinerary and program timeline
• Utilize, recommend and leverage BCD Meetings & Events preferred hotel agreements and approved Destination Management Companies (DMC).
• Negotiate and purchase ground transportation, entertainment and décor elements via preferred DMCs and/or direct vendors.
• Ensure timely payment of all supplier/vendor bills and oversee invoice payment of deposits are received on time
• Work with various departments to develop, coordinate and implement program agendas and itineraries
• Work with business leadership to create, develop, price and facilitate new and repeat business proposals, including, but not limited to destination, air, hotel, activity and event overviews
• Conduct internal pre-program briefings and post-program debriefings, including briefing and debriefings.
• Manage day-to-day internal program budgets, present to Manager and Event owner for review and approval prior to sending to the client.
• Source destination, air, hotel and venue options that meet the goals and objectives of the departments.
• Track and manage air, hotel and vendor attrition, cancellation and deposit schedules.
• Facilitate the creative direction and fulfillment of program-related participant and host communications materials, including but not limited to save the dates, registration announcements, room gifts, pre-trip and on-site materials, including program signage and participant name badges.
• Reconcile all final billing on-site prior to final billing being sent to Finance and ensure final billing timeline is met.

Provide technical leadership across the Analytics function supporting fraud and financial crimes with an enterprise mandate. We are seeking a qualified and experienced IT Project Manager to effectively liaise with diverse teams, including System Infrastructure, Security, and others. You will ensure seamless project execution and must possess a minimum of 10 years of IT System and Project Management experience.

Role and Responsibilities:

Single Point of Contact:

• Act as the primary liaison for meetings, project schedules/timelines, and technical system knowledge.
• Gather, store, and present technical information such as Firewall Rules, Equipment configurations, Circuit IDs, subscribed bandwidth, etc., to the Authority.

Change Management and Documentation:

• Submit Change Requests (CR) for project team approval.
