Key Responsibilities

1. Forecasts financial, manpower, and operational requirements for key businesses (start up, warranty, service agreements, paid service). Identifies and pursues service agreement business in conjunction with marketing and sales.
2. Manages start ups in terms of time and cost requirements. Manages local inventories and RMA procedure. Maintains DSO according to goal. Manages systems start up and warranty cost under reserve.
3. Ensures customer satisfaction with Company service and system performance.
4. Interviews, hires, and trains customer engineers as necessary to support regional business.
5. Ensures employee satisfaction through:- communication of business progress and all related action.- setting goals and controlling achievements.- establishing training and career development plans.Ensures the appropriate safety practices among customer engineers. Develop CE skills. Spots and develops managerial/other specialist talent. Ensures employee satisfaction through:
6. Escalates system downs according to valid escalation procedure, to ensure earliest possible return to service. Reports in a timely and accurate manner as required.
7. Achieves guaranteed up time and other parameters as sold to customers.
8. Promotes quality improvement processes to:- reduce cycle time- drive continuous improvement of technical performance- empower the work force

Our client manages the development of projects for Airports - responsible for the core functions of passenger terminal design, capacity planning, and the development of major airport infrastructure. They also manage the operations, maintenance and improvement of airport infrastructure, specialised systems and terminal facilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Project Cost & payment management
• Project Schedule
• Contractors and site access
• Review drawing, design, construction document
• Manage and review Airport Pass submission for workers
• Work permit and Airside Work Permit
• Oversee all Technical proposal and MOS
• Review all Risk Assessment and Safe work practice in compliance with WSH
• Manage Various Airport pass, Airside Driving permits when necessary
• Toolbox and Safety Meetings
• Contracts Management
• Stakeholder Management (Terminal/CAC M&E, Terminal AOM FM, AES, AvSec, Airside Mgmt)
• Manage the RTO and Safety Coordinator who will be on site daily (if necessary)

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of related Air-conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation system and project management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of M&E maintenance practices and efficiency standards
• Analytical with strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with a high motivation for work excellence.
• Able to interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of IT network and Power BI would be an advantage

The Role

Reporting to the Global Finance Manager, this role will be based in Singapore. You will support the Finance team in the team management, global finance operations and assist to implement policies, systems, and programs in a fast-evolving Fintech company. As a leader in the company operational finance team, you would play a vital role in activities such as budget and forecasting, audit oversite, cash management and financial reporting.

Your Profile

As a qualified candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the follow related experiences:

• Proven experience in Audit & Finance, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Big 4 experience is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting practices (IFRS, US GAAP)
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (Oracle) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
