Job Title: SAP Service Delivery Manager

Job Description: SAP Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of SAP services to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing the performance of the service delivery team. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring that service delivery processes are efficient and effective.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of service delivery coordinators, process analysts, technical leaders, and engineers.

Requirements:

• Must have more than 10 years of relevant experience in any SAP modules with 4 years as a Service Delivery Manager
• Strong background in any modules, e.g. FICO, HR, SD, MM, WM, PP, EWM, etc.
• Has experience in S/4HANA or cloud implementation

Music Partnership Program Manager

The Opportunity
This role will manage key partnerships programs across FB and IG in APAC and EMEA and will collaborate with Music Label Partnerships and Content Marketing teams to ensure coordinated and best-in-class program opportunities for our partners.

• Partner with Music Labels Partnerships teams to ensure a comprehensive music strategy that supports our efforts to connect the global community (more linked with Reels marketing program and strategy)
• Drive communication, education, data management, performance and reporting across partnerships programs
• Remain as a source of insights as it pertains to the development and performance of programs
• Elaborate case studies and other education materials to support internal and external parties
• Support the Strategic Partnerships Managers in the planning, execution and measurement of the programs with local and regional labels in APAC and EMEA

Your Background

• 5+ years of experience in the music industry, including in a program management, project management, partner management, operations or equivalent function
• Good understanding of what a label is looking for, buying labels and assessing performance and campaign variables.
• Experience in digital marketing + music industry background, data analysis or performance marketing
• BA/BS degree in marketing, communication, cultural management
• Experience in music partnerships and program management for global organizations
• Experience in commercial leadership with business development and operational experience with technology companies
• Experience with digital business models and technology
• Music industry experience, including understanding of web and mobile technologies impact on content distribution globally
