Key Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Management

• Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for increasing revenue.
• Regularly review menu pricing and product offerings to maintain competitiveness while maximizing profit margins.

4. Point-of-Sale (POS) Marketing and Customer Engagement

• Strategically plan and execute in-store promotions and campaigns to enhance the customer experience and drive purchases.
• Ensure kiosks and café are visually appealing, with clear product displays and effective merchandising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful POS materials and ensure consistent branding.
• Utilize the POS system for tracking sales, inventory, and customer preferences, leveraging data to make informed decisions.

5. Operations and Service Excellence

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring both kiosks and café deliver exceptional service to customers.
• Work closely with chefs to ensure food quality, consistency, and timely delivery of menu items.

Primary Responsibilities
