• Diploma in mechanical or Electric engineering / business management or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Excels, Words, Power Point, AutoCad
• Min 3 years of M&E / ACMV
• Candidates with experience in construction tender processes preferred

Below pointers must be met to be considered:

 Prepare full set of accounts, Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet

 Budgeting & Business Planning and Cash flow management

 HR and Admin function, which include payroll and staff recruitment , renewing of company related insurance such lorries, office insurance & other admin job.

 Filling of governmental reports, such as GST, CPF filling, & IR8A for individual income and other governmental complaiance

 Handle audit compliance and engage with external auditors for tax filling, AGM and other secretarial compliance.

 Experience and involve in operational job, such as logistics, warehousing & distribution handling process

 Manage & supervision of staff and implementation of policies & procedure thereof.

 Over all finance control supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and providing expert tax advisory services.
• Review and offer recommendations on client agreements or documents to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Identify and assess cross-business opportunities for business development while overseeing tax engagements.
• Evaluate clients' portfolios, offering recommendations and solutions to align with target revenue goals.
• Collaborate with staff, peers, and partners to deliver comprehensive tax advisory services to multinational clients across various industries in Singapore and globally.
• Lead and oversee all tax-related engagements and processes.
• Mentor, train, and develop junior staff members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, networks, teams, and other service areas.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as needed by the Partner(s).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline, preferably with an SCTP-recognized professional qualification.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, ideally within a professional services or accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Tax guidelines.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
• Team-oriented, motivated, and committed to career growth and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Event Director in driving the launch and ongoing success of our B2C events.
• Generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, building customer relationships, and participation in consumer-related events
• Developing targeted existing key account relationships and drive further revenue growth
• Developing high quality show investment proposals that are a win-win for exhibiting partners
• Working cross-functionally with the marketing team to achieve the team's KPIs and identify opportunities to tie in with the event marketing campaign
• Achieving show and sponsorship revenue targets as your core metric
• Other adhoc tasks will be assigned from time to time by your reporting officer.

• Minimum 3 years of experience media / event sales, or marketing partnerships. Experience in advertising &/or partnership roles within e-commerce platforms would be a plus.
• Dynamic, self-driven and motivated individual.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach to sales/building client relationships, translating product value to clients.
• Highly creative individual who isn't afraid to propose and try new ideas.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce.
