This individual will work closely with both the Sales and Strategic Accounts Teams to define roles and priorities to ensure this is cascaded to the Recruitment Team, fostering impactful service delivery and collaboration across the Sales, Strategic Accounts and Recruitment teams.

Responsibilities:

• Work with senior leaders to develop the engagement and recruitment strategy.
• Lead the Recruitment Team using KPIs and regularly track candidate pipelines, priorities, and performance metrics to share within the team and the wider Sales and Strategic Account Teams.
• Ensure recruiter productivity is met and exceeded.
• Responsible for driving fill ratios and ensuring we are filling a high percentage of the roles we are receiving.
• Lead the Recruitment Team in fostering strong collaborative relations with both the Sales and Strategic Account Teams
• Responsible for building candidate target lists and talent networks specific to core job.
• Clearly map out other agency contractors/temps in target sectors and clients
• Target the team to generate tangible leads and commercial information.
• Develop a contractor/temp end date strategy across key wheelhouse contractor/temp populations
• Drive the Recruitment Team to follow process and consistency with each job order
• Develop, mentor and upskill the team of Recruiters
• Manage the full lifecycle of the recruiting process, recommending and making improvements to sourcing, processing and communication with candidates
• Ensure we are repurposing candidates and generating a high level of candidate referrals
• Ensure we are delivering a best in class candidate experience
• Maintain regular contact with candidates we have on assignment and those we may have placed in into perm roles
• Develop strategies to support differing ways to engage candidates and developing talent pipelines
• Be an ambassador for change and be open to alternative processes and suggestions
• Generate and share leads with Sales and the Strategic Accounts Teams from interviews with candidates and reference checks to increase sales
• Ensure recruitment teams are fully using candidate management system to maximise benefits and speed to market as well as ensuring proper and complete documentation in system to ensure data integrity
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• minimum of 5 years of recruitment or relevant recruitment experience

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Manager in outlet operations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards as well as food handling hygiene standard
• Oversees smooth operations of up to 3 outlets
• Plan and maintain a safe level of outlet inventory and ensure strict receiving, checking and storage procedures of products for the outlet operation
• Perform food quality and customer service checks
• Be knowledgeable in MOM regulations and laws
• Plan staff schedule to maximise manpower resources and productivity, monitor and control labour cost through effective manpower scheduling and monitor staff leave
• Reduce operating cost and wastage, increase profitability through proper cost cutting measure
• Analyse monthly P&L and take actions for improvement of results
• Ensure accuracy in petty cash claims and maintain accurate records

• Ensure proper coordination and execution of promotions and marketing activities developed by Marketing Department
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• ‘O’ level or minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role/position
• Experience in supervising, training staff and team building
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
