Documentation & Reporting

• Contract & Change Management: Prepare and manage contracts, change orders, and amendments, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Progress Reporting: Provide detailed progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key developments and issues.
• Invoice & Payment Tracking: Ensure timely submission of invoices and tracking of payments to manage project finances effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Project Management, recognized by BCA.

Experience

• At least 10 years of project management experience, preferably in facade or construction industries.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with construction management software, project scheduling tools, and cost estimation tools.

The Manager/Senior Manager will report to an Assistant Director/Principal Manager and will be responsible for driving the adoption of policies and programmes, ensuring they meet stakeholders' diverse needs. • Policy and Programme Tracking and Reporting
• Track and report progress and outcomes of policies and programmes, including data gathering and analysis for reporting, overseeing budgets, and developing system enhancements.
