Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to generate local catering and meeting leads with close follow-up and monitoring of leads leading to conversion.

• Solicit new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visit
• Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging and menu selection
• Keep abreast of trends and developments in catering industry
• Actively brainstorming of creative ideas in improving catering services to clients

Requirements

• Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant experience in F & B industry will be an advantage
• Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients
• Self discplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency

Our client, a leading Indian bank is looking to hire Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager within their Private Banking group.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:Understand client requirements to ensure superior service delivery.
   Provide regular updates to clients on financial market developments and their portfolios.
   Acquire new high-net-worth clients and deepen relationships with existing ones.
   
2. Investment Advisory:Offer investment advice tailored to client needs and risk profiles in alignment with the institution's house views on products and asset classes.
   Map clients' financial needs by analyzing risk profiles, asset allocations, investment horizons, and liquidity requirements.
   Design customized portfolio proposals incorporating diverse products across debt, equity, and other asset classes.
   
3. Portfolio Management:Actively review and rebalance client portfolios based on buy/sell/hold triggers or recommended allocation changes.
   Facilitate FCNR/INR deposits within the product framework as part of comprehensive asset allocation strategies.
   
4. Revenue and AUM Growth:Drive growth in assets under management (AUM) and revenue generation through effective client engagement and relationship management.
   
5. Compliance and Regulations:Ensure full compliance with local regulatory frameworks, in-country sales and marketing guidelines, and institutional policies.
   
6. Leadership:Lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Client Service Managers (CSMs), if assigned.
   Undertake additional tasks or projects as directed by the reporting manager.
   

Qualifications & Requirements:

• CACS Certification: Mandatory qualification.
• Candidate should have 3+ years of relevant banking experience (RM) or 5+ years of relevant banking experience (SRM)
• Customer Relationship Management skills
• Knowledge of Financial Markets & Products (eg: Bonds, Equities, FX, etc.)
• Knowledge and understanding of Indian banking landscape, India market and macroenvironment.

Purpose and Scope

Conceptualize and develop ideas, assess needs of the building(s) of a project according to the business requirements and present it for management ‘s review.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare design feasibility studies to support business plans;

Qualification, Skills, and Experience

• Degree in Architecture with 8-10 years’ relevant experience in industrial, mixed-use development projects will be considered favorably;
• Previous experience in overseas building projects in Vietnam and/or Indonesia is an added advantage;
• Practical experience in design and complete execution of building projects, project planning, development management, feasibility studies and cost control;
• Familiarity with the current international design trends and requirements; detailing appropriate to location, climate & needs; building control statutory norms in Vietnam or Indonesia; LEED & other relevant sustainable design standards; and project implementation process is essential;
• Excellent IT skills, including computer-aided design skills, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM software, Photoshop, MS Project;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Written and spoken fluency in English; other languages such as Vietnamese or Bahasa Indonesia are added advantage.
