Job Responsibilities

1. Supervises all technical aspects / performance of assigned vessels' operation including maintenance, repair, safety and environmental protection to ensure that these are carried out in a flawless, efficient, competitive and customer focused operation and according to the international and flag state legislation and to initiate corrective actions when such performance is not compliant with the Company's standards. 3. Monitors the superintendent engineers' visits on the vessels in order to check and evaluate their condition and maintenance progress; to issue further instructions on maintenance and repair activities; to file, record and report findings to the Technical Director.

4. Reviews and evaluates quotations for all technical spares, supplies, repair services, lubricants, paints, and engine stores to be purchased and authorizes the purchase order depending on the costs.

5. Cooperates closely with the claims department for the process of damage claims and collect all necessary technical information in order to provide technical back-up in support of such claims.

6. Informs immediately the Technical Director in case of emergency.

7. Coordinates and liaises with other departments within the company to collectively provide an efficient ship management service. The Global Wellbeing (GW) Team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global strategy and programs for all T&S teams. These are designed to support and promote positive physical and psychological health, as well as healthy working environments, especially for those who work with potentially harmful content and for both in-house teams and outsourced partners.

As a Wellbeing Operations Manager, your role is critical in bridging communication between the T&S Operation and the Global Wellbeing teams to pinpoint ways to improve our overall programming and serve the mental health needs at a customised site level. Further, you ensure wellbeing programming is consistent with the global framework and delivered effectively by working closely with internal and external stakeholders of the business located within Singapore and APAC region.

Responsibilities:

- Own and drive employee wellbeing program initiatives, participation rates, and report site(s) health for both in-house teams and partner locations within Singapore and APAC region.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

The role

As a Business Risk manager, you will be a key important member of the team, committed to support the management team in developing and growing the business risk services practice, and help to build and maintain relationships with clients and play a key role in the successful delivery of services to our clients. You will be responsible for organising and overseeing the various types of projects including internal audits, risk management and regulatory compliance projects and manage a team of senior and junior consultants. In addition, you will be supporting the growth of the department through some business development work. This role offers a great variety of work, autonomy, client contact and Partners’ direct interaction and coaching to the seniors and junior staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform risk assessments on key business activities and determine the scope of review, in conjunction with the clients’ senior management
• Plan the engagement/ audit approach and prepare the work program and oversee the delivery of the engagement/ audit from planning to completion, including performance of review of the team members’ work
• Actively participate in issues discussion with client key stakeholders and seek to understand the broader impact of the issues/gaps identified in the engagements/ audit reviews
• Prepare the draft and final written reports covering the audit findings (control issues/gaps) and propose corrective action plans including obtaining agreed actions plans from management
• Listen to client needs and apply collaborative critical thinking to solve complex client problems and lead clients’ presentations with senior managements
• Coach, mentor and train staff and assist in the management of the overall engagement including plans, budgets and schedules
• Develop clients’ portfolio, by supporting business development, practice management and thought leaderships activities

Qualifications and requirements

• Recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other related field
• At least 5 – 7 years of relevant professional experience gained in internal audit, or risk/compliance in commercial or in a big public accounting firm
• Professional qualification (CPA, CA, CIA) is highly preferred
• Demonstrated good industry knowledge in financial services/banking, oil and gas, and others
• Proven knowledge of internal audit standards (IIA) and good understanding of processes, risks and controls
• Knowledge in data analytical tools, IT general and application controls is desirable
• Flexible mindset, with a creative approach and ability to think out-of-the-box
• Process-minded, organized, with an eye for detail and excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, be highly motivated and a team player
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, both oral and written

As Presales Engineer / Manager (CCTV), you be responsible for providing technical expertise and supporting the VIGI CCTV product sales and solutions. You will require to collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, and delivering compelling presentations.

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise, guidance, and support during the presales process for CCTV solutions
• Develop customized CCTV system designs, detailed technical proposals, including system specifications, pricing, and implementation plans
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, showcasing the features and capabilities of VIGI CCTV solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored CCTV solutions

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in presales engineering or technical sales, preferably within the CCTV or security technology industry

• Excellent technical knowledge and proven ability to develop technical solutions and proposals, along with strong problem-solving skills to provide comprehensive solutions to align with customer requirements
• Proficiency in design software and tools related to CCTV system planning
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to CCTV systems

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate with sales leadership and the global sales enablement team to define sales enablement priorities and build, deploy and track enablement programs
• Act as a liaison between cross functional teams.
• Create, edit and approve content to educate the sales team to advance deals with development of use case studies, competitive information, persona understanding and custom work.
• Train sales team on best use of sales enablement materials, sales tools, onboarding and product updates
• Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team.
• Provide coaching on sales calls and demos, as needed.
• Help the global enablement team and cross functional SMEs to ensure the sales enablement content repository (Highspot) are easily and readily accessible and kept up to date on an ongoing basis.
• Determine content adoption and success metrics and keep the Global GTM Enablement dashboard up to date with customer satisfaction and business metrics for APAC sales.
• Define sales enablement best practices and facilitate and produce a cadence of regular onboarding and ongoing development workshops (virtual or face to face)
• Conduct and report on results and surveys.
• Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
