Job Scope:

Job Responsibilities

• Familiar with the connector requirement in storage, server and CPU sockets

• Run market analysis including competitive activity and maintain market intelligence on respective product line with support of market intelligence team and regular interaction with sales team

• Gather and prioritize customer requirements on products interfacing with sales teams

• Identify need for product extensions / modifications and prepare required ARs

• Define positioning of product line in market as well as Go-To-Market strategy and prioritisation amongst product to optimize overall gross margin of product line

• Coordinate new product launches working closely with sales and plant product managers to keep TTR as short as possible

• Prepare promotion material and drive marketing actions to support the sales with help of Marcom team

• Design pricing rules and lead regular reviews of their application; modifying them to maximize profitability

• Identify new business opportunities and coordinate their Go-To-Market working closely with sales

• Review and challenge sales targets on product line as part of the budget reviews

• Review and challenge cost, lead time and quality targets quarterly with site production manager, operations and planning teams.

• Be involved in the relationship management with strategic customers/partners

• Approve specific pricing decision as part of the pricing escalation process

Objective Summary – Client Onboarding Specialist

Responsible for conducting due diligence reviews for new accounts, and ongoing periodic customer reviews in line with MAS regulations, Group directives and local policies.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive customer due diligence (“CDD”) and documentation reviews for the onboarding of new clients and periodic account reviews.
• Ensure strict adherence to Group and local policies and procedures, and MAS regulations during the due diligence process for new account openings and existing client accounts.
• Collaborate closely with relevant business teams and key stakeholders to address any CDD deficiencies required for client acceptance.
• Contribute to execution excellence of the Bank’s account opening review process while complying with regulatory requirements, i.e. prompt turnaround time to open accounts.
• Up keeping of relevant internal policies and procedures to be in line with regulatory changes.

You bring to us:

• Bachelor’s degree ideally in business, accounting, or related banking disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in customer due diligence review preferably within the corporate banking or private banking segment.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office application, especially in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong understanding of customer due diligence requirements and Anti-Money Laundering/Countering the financing of terrorism regulations.
• ACAMS qualification or Graduate Diploma in Compliance or AML preferred but not compulsory.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Corporate Banking unit to provide expert advisory on cash management, corporate internet banking, and trade finance products.
• Gather and analyze market information to drive product innovation and optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies and budgets for cash management and trade finance, focusing on both domestic and cross-border operations. Create marketing channels to achieve business objectives and revenue targets, enhancing the Bank’s competitive position.
• Design and tailor trade finance solutions and pricing strategies to meet corporate clients’ needs.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of the annual budget for cash management and trade finance, including strategy and action plan development..
• Ensure effective communication of product information to internal stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are expected to possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• With more than 5 years of experience in Global Transaction Services (GTS), with deep expertise in corporate banking product sales, including trade finance and cash management.
• Good understanding of general banking products, credit facilities, risk management, and the regulatory framework.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive, client-focused attitude with strong relationship management abilities.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin, as this role required communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues in Taiwan and clients in Greater China.
