Job Requirements :

• The Lead Chemist, PAT (Process Analytical Technology) role provides drug substance and/or drug product PAT (Process Analytical technology) development and testing support for all manufacturing processes manufactured on site including providing technical expertise in the area of PAT to support manufacturing activities on site and transferring of manufacturing activities to other facilities. The Lead Chemist PAT demonstrates advanced skills in developing PAT method and validating methods, implementation strategy and supports investigations involving PAT, as well as providing PAT solutions for process robustness issues and process related investigations for manufacturing processes on site. The Lead Chemist PAT performs all activities in compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures on site.

Main responsibilities

• Leads the development and implementation of advanced in-line, on-line, and at-line PAT methods for the assessment of chemical and physical product and process parameters. The scope of the contributions includes methods to support development of design spaces on new products, support of technology transfer as well as methods for control either in-process and real-time testing (RTRT) applications including new and established products.
• Utilizes technologies that include but are not limited to spectroscopic techniques, PAT-adapted analytical technology such as online HPLC, online MS, Raman, FTIR Spectroscopy as well as multivariate modelling of process data, as well as further expanding on the PAT tool set to include at line analysis, for e.g., conductivity, pH, refractive index etc.
• Leads and advises others on experimental design and execution, statistical analysis, analytical method development and validation.
• As a subject matter expert in PAT, both theory and practice, provides PAT solutions and technical expertise to support site process robustness issues and process related investigations. Is able to independently problem solve challenging PAT and analytical issues and able to design PAT related experiments with limited guidance to efficiently gain results.
• Has an understanding of the pertinent regulatory guidance applicable to PAT. Lead contributions to regulatory filings and internal scientific as well as internal quality/GMP documents regarding PAT. Act as primary lead of regulatory inspections of PAT installations for the site.
• Supports routine supply manufacture by providing on going PAT technical support to the IPT and proactively monitoring the performance of equipment module(s) or unit operation(s) during manufacturing and cleaning using PAT. Proposes and implements new PAT solutions to support manufacturing, understand shifts and trends and process robustness issues.
• Provides training and coaches/mentors the PTO Engineers/Chemists in PAT related equipment’s.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are seeking a proactive and experienced ERP Manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Microsoft Business Central, in the Finance department. · Review the documents against the Singapore standards and specifications. Compare the Engineering deliverables against the ITB.

· Monitor the Engineers on the IDC comments on regular aspects.

4) Client Management & Coordination

· Lead the meeting with the Clients. Attending weekly meetings with different custodians.

7) Procurement & Coordination with Procurement Department

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management

Efficient and effective management of design development, co-ordination, approval and issue for construction.

Develop and maintain a project-specific BIM Execution Plan to define the BIM objectives, deliverables, responsibilities and procedures for each project.

Implement and enforce compliance with BIM standards to ensure quality and consistency in model creation, data management and coordination.

Use BIM tools to coordinate the design among architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, ensuring clash detection and resolution are carried out effectively.

Ensure that the design requirements of contract are met.

Plan, check, monitor and report on design progress.

Liaise with and co-ordinate with local and overseas designers.

Manage the creation, maintenance and quality assurance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all project stages from design stage to as-built.

Establish and implement QA/QC processes for BIM deliverables, ensuring that models are compliant with the BEP and meet project requirements.

Ensure that data within the BIM models is accurate, up-to-date and securely managed, following digital information security protocols.

Ensure that the as-built BIM model is accurate and complete, preparing it for handover to the client with all necessary documentation.

Generate regular reports on BIM model progress, clashes identified/resolved, and any design adjustments needed.

Printing of project construction-related drawings in both digital and hardcopy format for distribution, such as Construction Drawing, Shop-drawings, As-Built and any other deliverables described in corporate BIM standards and Project BEP.

Attend client meetings and lead the decision-making process affecting the BIM deliverables.

Hold effective design co-ordination meetings and liaise with consultants and project teams.

Ensure authority submissions are planned, accurate and technically complete.

Constantly monitor and maintain the best compliance of drawing submission according to the project schedule.

Perform any other duties deemed necessary and as assigned by the Senior Management.

Knowledge of local authorities' rules and regulations related to curtain wall facade, aluminium facade and related works.

Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.

Min 5 years related experience in the field of curtain wall facade, aluminium facade and related works.

Good organisation and communication skills.

Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline.

Certificate in Autodesk AutoCAD.

Certificate in Autodesk Revit Architecture for BIM Modelling.

Certified with Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) by BCA Academy and any BIM authoring software’s modelling course by the software vendor’s authorized training provider.

Completed at least one full cycle at design phase or construction phase.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM Management experience. Candidates with lesser years of experience may be considered for the role of BIM Coordinator.
• Experience in coordination with consultants for infrastructure and Health care projects and implementation of BIM in construction process would be advantageous.
• Preferably completed BCA Academy's BIM Modelling and BIM Management courses
• Knowledge in Singapore BIM Guide
• Knowledge in BIM ISO 19650
• Knowledge in Autodesk Dynamo and Autodesk AEC Suite, including Revit, Civil3D, Infraworks, Navisworks Manage would be preferred
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Possess good leadership skills to manage the BIM team
