Customer Management:

• Provide inputs to strategic plans and work as a extended arm for customer’s Senior stakeholder

• Make decisions and communicate trade-offs and risks; drive key decisions across projects

Financials and Business Acumen:

• Contribute in P&L related activities

• Identify and Drive actions for engagement’s profitability improvisation

• Drive presales activities for business expansion

Desired for the Position:

• 16-18 years of Software Development experience, in BFSI domain

• 7-9 years of Program Management experience

Banking projects experience is a must

• Experience in Managing team (s) in Offshore/Onsite model

• Should possess good communication and problem-solving skills

• Should have strong client management and interaction experience

• Proficient with MS Project or similar software and MS Office applications

• Experience in leading cross-functional project teams, consists of 30-40 members

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, including conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

· Deliver operational excellence through effective management of complex technical solutions and large and complex Mechanical projects / multiple jobs

· Work on Mechanical projects from inception, through strategic planning and concept to detailed design planning and resourcing effectively to meet budgets and targets

· Lead and manage M&E project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes

· Identify and implement profit maximisation and cost management strategies

· Responsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and technical report writing

· Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants

· In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting

· Respond to client enquiries about technical issues in a way that maximises understanding

· Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills

· Mentor and coach junior peers across the M&E discipline

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline
• At least 7 years of experience from an engineering consulting environment is preferred
• Certified Professional Engineer will be an advantage
• Experience leading roles for design & design management of residential, commercial, institutional or hotel projects
• Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures
• Competent user of relevant engineering software
• Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives

Requirements

Educational Qualification:
