Key Responsibilities

Requirements

· Posses degree in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent and safety certificates like CSCPM.

· At least 8 years experience as project manager in building project

· Able to work independently and lead project team

· Proficient in Microsoft Project

· Certified QM/ Conquas Manager would have an added advantage

Degree/Diploma holder perferable civil or structural engineering from university recognised by the PEB.

Have experience in HDB/ELU/HUP project with relevant computer related skill.

Ability to deal with public on feedback/comment related to the project issue.

Familiar with the authorities requirement related to the site work.

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring proper adoption of resource, quality and risk standards as well as managing project profit during the project lifecycle. He/She coordinates all administrative processes related to a project eg reports, claims, payment of invoices, including the final project handover documentation.
