Drive End-to-End Project Delivery

• In charge of end-to-end project development lifecycle(s):
  • Gather user requirements from the client

About the Role:

As the manager of APAC-TSC (Technical Support Centre), he is responsible for formulating, enforcing and supporting in the countries of the APAC region for all repair services / technical issues. The contents of support include introduction of repair service & field service, understanding of service level (quality / cost improvement / WIP management) in BC, business improvement, and various problem solving. The Interface and Risk Manager will oversee the coordination of all interfaces and the management of risks across various stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams in the offshore substation project. This role ensures that potential technical, commercial, and operational risks are effectively managed, and that seamless communication and collaboration among the stakeholders are maintained throughout the project's lifecycle.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Interface Management:

• Act as the main focal point for all project interfaces between the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and all external stakeholders
• Ensure clear and timely communication between all parties, ensuring all interface-related issues are documented and resolved efficiently, and manage Interface management plan and the related deliverables.
• Oversee the integration of various technical and system interfaces (electrical, mechanical, control systems, etc.) to ensure seamless functionality of the offshore substation.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interface management, ideally within offshore energy, oil & gas, or offshore wind projects.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on large infrastructure or energy projects, particularly offshore substations, offshore wind farms, or related sectors.
• Previous experience in offshore substations or offshore wind projects is highly desirable.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

Job Description & Requirements

• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service
• Developing new business relationships and maintaining existing ones with suppliers to ensure adequate supply of products
• Researching new product lines and developing new business opportunities for the company
• Negotiating contracts with vendors to ensure that terms are fair for both parties
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that products are available when needed
• Ensuring that products are stored properly to eliminate spoilage or damage
• Preparing bids and proposals for potential clients and customers
• Preparing budgets, cash flow forecasts, and other financial reports for management review
• Reviewing sales reports on a regular basis to identify opportunities for inventory turnover or markdowns
• Setting up computerized inventory tracking systems to monitor product sales and inventory levels
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales volume
• Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
• Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
