Responsible for developing, managing and implementing all required procedures in accordance with client and project requirements, while in compliance with International / National / company / project standards.
Lead the project on information model delivery such as models, drawings, federated models, reports, documents, CDE Management, RFI. Such leadership must be provided in vertical or horizontal construction.
Manage and guide Digital Delivery team concluding members of different disciplines to create/develop Information Model in the project delivery phase.
Manage and guide concurrent modeling and coordination process, and responsible for deploying this approach in the project level to reduce modeling errors and clashes in the project.
Manage and guide the team to create project/discipline information model based on office and project guidelines.
Manage and guide discipline coordinator, modeler, and team members to develop information model based on design markups, provided in different form and format such as, notes/sketches, DWFx, PDF, CAD, Images.
Organized mindset and detail oriented to prioritize Information Model requirements quickly, develop and manage program accordingly and direct Digital Delivery Team.
In case needed must be hands on to support the team in activities related to Information Model development.
Responsible to produce and oversee projects drawings, in terms of quantity and quality.
Plan production process and the framework required to deliver unique product towards project program.
Manage and check that critical areas of the project are well presented, dimensioned, and described in drawings.
Manage and coordinate model and drawings related matters with Document Controller.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture / Structure / Mechanic / Hydraulic / Electrical / Civil or a related field.
Knowledgeable with 10 years of experience in Digital Delivery procedures, execution, implementation, responsibilities, accountabilities, coordination, scope of works, deliverables, work breakdown structure.
Good knowledge and background in Digital Delivery services such as Modeling, Production, Design Authoring, Design Review, Visualization, Clash Detection, Clash Resolution, 3D Coordination, Authority Submission, Quantity Estimation,
Good Knowledge in Digital Delivery Standards such as, ISO, BSI, PAS, CIC UK, GSA, NCS and Local Authorities.
Good Knowledge in National Codes Of Practice, Authorities submission and relevant roles and regulations of approval procedures.
Good skills and background to understand and interpret required standards and contribute knowledge in the Project level.
