The Job

The primary focus of this position is to lead and manage the MRO operations (Pt 145), within the LSI Aerospace division. • Solid experience in repair and overhaul processes, procedures, technologies. Good understanding of repair station environment operating under relevant regulatory standards (e.g. FAA, EASA, CAAS, CAAC).

OVERVIEW

This position will report to the General Manager, Tender Centre, and is part of the Regional Tender Centre Team. He/SheThe role is responsible to lead in the tender process and work in close collaboration with other tender management teams and account owners within SAO region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive tender business growth, profitability, and sustainability in the SAO region.
• Lead the end-to-end tender process, including RFI, RFQ, RFP, e-Auctions, and spot quotes.
• Prepare high-quality, competitive proposals in collaboration with account owners, tender management teams, and support functions.
