Under general direction, the Technical Sales Manager is responsible for managing the technical sales aspects including segment, product line & technology packages, and all relevant technical supporting activities throughout the entire sales process. • Provide strong support to implement & maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and MOM SMS (SS 506 Part 3), MHI Safety Case Regime; and other applicable Q-HSSE Standards and Best Practices.
• Provide day-to-day support to Operation & Maintenance (O&M) teams on Hazards & risks control issues and assessing process hazards and risks.
• Manage the sustainability and/or support implementation of the following Process Safety elements for:
• Process Hazard Analysis (PHA).
• Management of Change (MOC).
• Pre-Start-up Safety Review (PSSR).
• Process Safety Performance Measurement and Analysis.
• Compliance with relevant MOM Process Safety requirements.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Related industry experience with an Engineering degree or diploma, preferably in Chemical/ Environmental / Process or Risk engineering.
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM.
• Registered Fire Safety Manager with Singapore Civil Defence Force.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in the relevant process industries.
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 internal auditor trained.
