He/She reports through GL&D and supports site learning needs with responsibility for defining, developing, and facilitating all learning and development plans and activities for the GL&D Learning portfolio. They maintain awareness and understanding of key site priorities/processes and external best practices, partners with key site stakeholders to identify performance needs and gaps and will partner with their client to implement and ensure adherence to established governance and company standards. As needed, this role will also partner with the learning creation team in GL&D to ensure relevant learning solutions are fit for purpose. This leader will develop and maintain strong business relationships, build sponsorship, and collaborate as part of an integrated learning network. Success in this role depends on a candidate’s ability to collaborate with stakeholders by translating the goals of the site into learning strategies and solutions as determined by strong needs analysis. • Coordinate with other discipline and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Supersede and updated the current revision status
• Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Holds a related degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction industry and have relatable experiences on BIM Drafter.
• Able to work well in teams and indepenedently
• Experience in doing rebar bending scheduling
• Willing to work in Site Office environment

Job Description:

• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards.

Job Requirement:

• Knowledge in AutoCad software is a must
• Experienced with Microstation
• Knowledge in BIM and Bentley Aecosim would be an advantage
• Have experience in LTA projects have an advantage
• Able to work well in teams and indepenedently
• Willing to work in Site Office
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage
