RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Casework Management

• Lead complex case management and psychosocial interventions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience in Social Work

World Central Kitchen is seeking a highly skilled and tenacious Manager to lead Community Outreach operations on the ground and ensure the rapid identification and fulfillment of food needs. The ideal candidate excels at complex problem-solving to connect with and serve disaster-affected communities, thrives in fast-moving, rapidly changing environments, and is versed at building relationships with diverse communities to understand and meet evolving needs. The Community Outreach Manager is an innovator who leads with empathy and compassion, and plays a critical role in building and training locally led response teams in order to coordinate the efficient and effective provision of food resources promptly. Key Responsibilities:

Activation Management

• Respond within four (4) hours notice to a disaster area to act as Community Outreach Manager, managing relief operations on the ground, or in rare cases, remotely.
• Lead and manage field teams specializing in community outreach and engagement. Ensure strategic and streamlined implementation of relief activities on the ground, operationalizing WCK’s North Star values.
• Design and implement response strategies in the field that are adaptable and robust enough to function in high-stress, dynamic environments affected by natural disasters or conflicts.
• Recruit, onboard, train and manage community outreach teams, including local hires and Corps members in the field. 
• Consult on the scope of the response, and manage or implement community outreach operations.
• Provide regular updates on community outreach operations to the Response Director to ensure ongoing, transparent information sharing across the organization. 
• Collaborate with all WCK departments on the ground, or remotely to support the needs of the activation.  
• Ensure smooth transitions and complete handovers with other Activation Managers, and between Response Corps team members when rotating field teams through phases of the activation.
• Complete the After-Action Report process immediately following activation wind-down, collating and drawing learnings for process improvement.

Community Outreach

• Rapidly scout community needs in a disaster area to design the scope of the response, and ensure that food reaches beneficiaries as quickly and effectively as possible. 
• Foster a collaborative environment with local populations; establish and nurture relationships with community members throughout the activation.  
• Gather feedback from beneficiaries to understand evolving needs and changes on the ground. Utilize findings to recommend the scope of WCK support, including potential scale up or wind down strategies. 
• Build and maintain relationships with community members to understand overall food needs, feedback on WCK performance, and other concurrent mass-feeding activities.

Budgeting and Logistics

• Work with the finance team and Response Director to share cost projections for community outreach operations, focusing on meal production and logistical needs.
• Collaborate with the procurement and logistics team to source materials and supplies efficiently and ensure timely delivery to affected areas.

Personnel Management and Training

• Recruit, train, and motivate diverse community outreach teams on activation, ensuring a high-performance culture aligned with WCK’s North Star. 
• Provide leadership, mentorship, training and support to team members, promoting a culture of urgency, accountability, adaptability and continuous learning within the team.
• Address personnel issues on activations in real time, and provide regular performance feedback on Corps members. 
• Support the recruitment of Corps members, and manage personnel effectively on the ground to foster growth and ensure a diverse pipeline of activation leadership.
• Identify professional development needs and gaps in team capabilities to arrange for appropriate training, and provide this feedback to relevant stakeholders for implementation.  

Community and Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with local communities first. 
• Ensure the teams conduct outreach and engagement activities that contribute to WCK’s reputation as an effective, compassionate, and reliable relief organization.
• Represent WCK in the field, acting as an ambassador to beneficiaries, partners, and the media, as required.

• Ability to spend up to 70% of the time in the field. The typical duration of an activation is four (4) weeks, though timelines could be longer. 
• Must live within one (1) hour of an international airport or be willing to relocate. 
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to remote and potentially hazardous locations within four hours notice.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent preferred, or 5+ years of experience in management roles, preferably in fast paced, ever changing environments; including military, emergency response, culinary, humanitarian or event management settings. 
• Experience leading, training and coaching large teams in challenging and rapidly changing environments. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal infrastructure and resources.
• Willingness to work in challenging environments with austere living conditions. For example, responders may not have  access to running water, communications, or electricity and they may have to sleep outdoors and use bucket toilets.

• Demonstrated negotiation and diplomacy skills in complex and potentially volatile situations.

The Service Manager is accountable to ensure a seamless, efficient, and effective end-to-end implementation and execution of assigned ITIL processes.

3. Review processes and internal controls and taking the lead as project leader for any automation or improvement in processes
4. Compiling financial reports and supervising month/year end closing activities
5. Review WIP and Debtors ageing report
6. Ensure revenue, expenses and accruals are recorded appropriately
7. Assist with annual budgeting & forecast exercise
8. Handle corporate tax, GST filing and overseas VAT matters, government statistical reporting etc
9. Liaise and coordinate with external parties on different aspects including but not limited to audit, tax agents and corporate secretary matters
10. Undertake any other ad hoc task assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with min. 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with large reputable organizations. Big 4 professional firms experience would be an advantage.
2. Proficiency in use of computer. Especially excellent MS-Excel skills is a must, experience in MS-Access, MS-PowerPoint, Dynamics is an advantage.
3. Strong team-player with good interpersonal skills.
4. Keen on personal development with long term commitment to the company.
5. Good communication skills – both written and oral with ability to communicate to both finance and non-finance teams.

We are hiring for a highly driven and motivated Manager, Internal Communications (APAC) position based in Singapore. The successful candidate will work in the regional Internal Communications team reporting to the Chief of Human Resources, and support local in-market teams to deliver internal communications strategies. 

What will be your mission?

• Working with the regional internal communications team, develop innovative internal communications campaigns, clear narratives, and programmes to engage organisation’s employee base, with a focus on the foodpanda brand and APAC region
• Develop editorial content and work closely with regional and business teams to ensure appropriate messaging
• Build stakeholder relationships across departments and regions to establish relevant messaging and tactics for each campaign and provide internal communications counsel for internal stakeholders
• Lead and support with hybrid event set-up and execution (e.g. Town Halls) to make sure we reach out to all teams
• Support internal communication from the management team through various channels 
• Build a robust community of internal ambassadors to help build a strong engagement
• Measure results of internal communications efficacy and report in a timely fashion
• Manage and support issues management, when necessary
• Work closely with PA & PR teams to make sure there is cohesion between internal and external communication narratives
• Develop and maintain internal communications Standard Operating Procedures, such as internal comms calendars and distribution lists​​​​​

THE ROLE

As a Customer Success Manager at Digify, you will play a key role in onboarding, engaging, growing, and retaining customers. This dynamic role involves demonstrating our product, educating customers to drive adoption, nurturing them for expansion opportunities and retaining the customers satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on accelerating time-to-value, enhancing customer engagement, building long-term relationships, and strengthening the customers retention. Managing a wide range portfolio of accounts, you will work closely with your team lead, key stakeholders, and cross-functional departments to refine and optimize customer success processes, ensuring a seamless and impactful customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Serve as the primary contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption of Digify's platform.

• Increase customer satisfaction and retention by building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins to improve product usage and address customer issues promptly.
• Collaborate with customers on renewals, account expansions, and retention strategies.
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance offerings.
• Monitor and report key success metrics, including NPS and product engagement, to identify trends and opportunities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in partnership with the Engineering and Development teams.
• Facilitate customer advocacy by encouraging online reviews and participation in referral programs.
• Proactively manage a book of business, tracking account health and mitigating retention risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes and implement solutions for customer success.
• Support system configuration and onboarding processes tailored to customer requirements.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, preferably in a fast-paced, B2B environment or related industries.
• Proven experience in customer success or account management within a B2B SaaS or software company.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build rapport with key stakeholders, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.
• Proactive attitude and mentality in identifying opportunities to expand customer accounts by understanding their evolving needs and aligning them with our solutions.
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical customers.
• Willingness to learn and develop basic technical skills to confidently discuss technical topics with clients.
• Demonstrated success in renewals, upselling, and account expansion strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all deliverables.
