Roles & Responsibilities

JOB SCOPE

To be able to manage and execute the company projects in building construction which covers:

• Work on RFPs and Tenders and to prepare for submission and presentation
• Lead and manage projects by working collaboratively with client and support teams from start till end of project
• Liaise and coordinate with support team and subcontractors on project requirements
• Manage project budget & cost control and project documentation
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied

Requirements:

• At least 3 years working experience in the building construction industry
• Certificate in Building Construction Safety Manager Course or related courses
• Good managerial and interpersonal skills
