The Role

• Manage the payroll system and performing payroll duties, including identifying, verifying and resolving discrepancies for payroll
• Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly or payroll cycles as per company schedules, including income tax, reimbursements, CPF payments, and tax filings for both local and foreign employees
• Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, tax filing for both local (Form IR8A) and foreign employees (Form IR21)
• Liaising with statutory bodies – IRAS, MOM, CPF, etc.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employees’ payroll-related inquiries

JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant ME Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a group of Manufacturing Engineers through planning, designing, implementing, and managing; integrated, productions and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site. The Role

The Product Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans for the assigned categories to achieve the company’s financial goals and objectives, improve market share, customer satisfaction, and productivity performance measures for the company.

• Achieve category sales, profit, income goals and objectives by developing and implementing business plans for the assigned categories
• Develop, implement, and manage an optimum product mix that focuses on customers’ needs
• Develop and implement promotional trade plans that bring excitement and incremental sales and profitability to the stores
• Maintain strong supplier partner relationships in the pursuit of the growth of business
