The Condominium Manager performs the following functions:

Administrative Functions:

· Ensure the overall office administrative is always kept in proper orderliness

This position reports directly to Delta MRO Manager. This position will be on-site at MRO locations performing HMV maintenance activities.

Day to day primary responsibilities include:
Review/negotiate solutions to issues related to cost, project timelines, work scope, compliance and safety. Ensures timely and cost effective strategic, analytical, and tactical support of day to day operational requirements.
