Collaborate within Treasury teams (FX, Margin management) to ensure high performance and alignment with overall business objectives.
Work with Middle Office and Finance to ensure standardization and reconciliation to ensure data coherence.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree
7-10 years of experience in commodities trading/ utilities market/ commodities bank as a treasury/ collateral management/ middle-back office
Strong knowledge of commodities/ utilities markets, particularly in dealing with exchanges such as ICE, CME, EEX.
High level of numeracy and advanced Excel skills including spreadsheet building and VBA.
Proficiency in Python and SQL coding.
Familiarity with Bloomberg, Power BI, and PowerPivot with knowledge of quantitative analysis is advantageous.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Role and Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties

2. Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery

3. Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule

4. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

5. Check on staff punctuality and discipline

6. Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients

Requirements

1. Able to work midnight shift

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

3. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

4. Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients

5. At least 2 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector

4. Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPI’s

6. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.

Job Description & Requirements

• Handle full set of accounts including Group P&L

• Responsibilities for companies’ funds on all bank accounts

• Assist in daily accounting functions duties including month-end closing

• Prepare monthly financial reports and financial analysis

• Carry out planning, budgeting and forecasting for the business lines

• Analysis variance and deviation from budget

• Perform audit for Subcon invoices

• Follow up payment from customers

• Dailly bookkeeping

• Liaise with auditors and tax representatives on audit and tax issues

• Manage company cash flow and proactively monitor credit regularly

• Ensure that the monthly accounts periodic management reports are prepared accurately and submitted on a timely basis

• Review and approve of payments

• Supervise and provide guidance to accounting staff on all accounting related matter

• Review and recommend areas where processes and procedures could be further improved for greater efficiency and strengthen internal controls

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor/Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or other related fields

• Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience

• Good team player, able to work independently

• Meticulous, organized and proactive

• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and contribute to all areas

• Self-drive, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

• Full set account working experience is required
