6. Maintenance

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities and equipment.
• Manage maintenance budgets, liaise with contractors, and resolve facility issues.
• Develop maintenance logs and address systemic issues with long-term solutions.

• Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
• Supervises: Front Desk, Onsen Service, F&B, Spa, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, Marketing, and Accounting teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in Spa management / Hospitality / Wellness operations.
• Proven track record in team leadership, customer service, and business growth.
• Optional: Certification or diploma in Spa management / Hospitality / Wellness.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in wellness and spa services.

Job Description:

• In charge of the day-to-day store operations with responsibilities involving sales, cashiering, staff management and customer handling
• Achieve branch KPI, sales targets, goals and objectives
• Makes sure that outlet has maintained good housekeeping standards, maintained at the highest level and maximum cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ensures that all staffs understand and adhere to food hygiene and housekeeping procedures.
• Assess and handles customer complaints
• Provide in-house operations training.
• Interviews Part time staff’s applicants, conduct appraisals and performance reviews and counselling

Requirements:

• Preferably with 3 years’ F&B or retail experience
• Possess good management and strong leadership qualities
