1. Provide support to the Branch’s day-to-day AML/CFT operations, including real-time and post transaction monitoring, batch screening reviews, onboarding and periodic review of high-risk customers, STR filing, reviewing changes in customer risk profile, and maintaining system integrity of the AML System.

This involves analysing alerts generated by the AML system to determine appropriate disposition or escalation, understanding ML/TF typologies to actively identify suspicious transactions for STR filing, assessing associated risks and providing recommendations to the management regarding the onboarding and continuation of relationships with higher risk customers, and coordinating with vendors as well as the relevant IT officers at the Head Office

3. Assist in ensuring the business operations comply with the new and updated requirements of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (e.g. Notices, Guidelines, Information Paper, Circulars, etc.).

This involves conducting gap analysis against existing internal controls, developing action plans, engaging in discussions with various stakeholders, driving the implementation of gaps within the timeline and updating management on the implementation progress.

4. Handle and/or advise internal (e.g. Head Office, Business Department) and external (e.g. external auditors) stakeholders on AML/CFT related enquiries and conduct AML/CFT trainings.

This requires familiarization with AML/CFT laws and regulations and internal rules, preparation of training materials and sharing of the new processes and measures with the relevant departments.

5. Provide support to the Risk & Compliance Department on any other regulatory compliance matters (i.e. non-AML/CFT matters) and participation in special or ad-hoc projects as required.

• Discipline package owner, assist in project planning and scheduling.
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance to project requirements.
• Liaise with consultant for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
• Assist construction manager & quantity surveyor in project progress claim.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultant and suppliers and other project stakeholder.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Submit shop drawings and material samples for conformance with project specification and requirement.
• Monitor Health and Safety on projects to ensure safe working practices are carried out in accordance to local regulations.
• Check site progress and productivity, record and submit progress claims for certification and payment.
• Provide technical support and resolve engineering issues.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree/Master in Civil & Engineering or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA, possess quantity surveying skills is a plus.
• Min 5 years working experience in construction industry with major A/A works and ERSS/piling works.
• Experience in underpinning works and conservation building works will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad, Common Data Environtment.
• Experience in working and coordination between design and construction teams.

（1）Understanding of Project Specifications, construction drawings and to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client’s requirements. Carry out Civil and Structural related detailed design, drawings, analysis and calculation required.

（2） Check and review all Civil and Structural related drawings and documentation received from Contractor or Client. Check drawings for discrepancies and highlight to Consultant, suggesting possible solutions to prevent delays.

（3）Fully responsible for engineering evaluation, technical planning, method statement formulation, process monitoring, and retaining sufficient documentation and archival files for the project's foundation construction works to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

（4）Responsible for the structural analysis, design and authority submission to liaise with client or contractor. Possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurance system

（5）Provide technical support and monitoring the construction progress, discuss with immediate Supervisor and give out solution on site issues.

（6）Prepare calculation and drawings for temporary or permanent structures in obtaining approval from authority.

（7）Responsible for demolition of basement/foundation, ERSS construction and all other design works.Monitor site works to ensure the method statements and work procedure are strictly followed.

（8）To manage & coordinate with the site supervisors (incl. RTO) with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works

（9）Conduct quality inspections and quality control of materials used for the project, to ensure proper documentation of site inspection records, safety records and approved /as-built drawings. Witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by contractor to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.

（11）Can do drafting as assigned by immediate supervisor, inspection and other work assigned from time to time.
