• Responsible for all technical drawings, 3D modelling and documentations.
• To manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for projects.

• Develop project BIM Requirement, Report Format, BIM Model Structure, BIM model template and Share folder structure.
• Work as a main contact with all important tasks relevant to BIM. Stakeholders and control of cooperation among all partners.
• Work with all BIM Coordinators from all stakeholders on the project to create, administer and maintain their Models (and associated information) based on the requirements stated in the BIM Execution Plan.
• Make sure the model of construction, virtual mock up and 4D simulation can be completed on schedules.
• Check the standard of model.
• Lead the monthly BIM coordination Meeting, providing MOM, status updates of progress, walk-thru the BIM model and any other business (AOB) as require by the Client’s BIM Manager.
• Responsible for the design interface and coordination of models between packages.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of CAD, 3D models and Building Information Management (BIM) systems.
• Responsible in the creation and implementation of BIM deliverables such as BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures, Construction Sequencing (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).
• Ensure all technical & engineering drawings & specifications are fully compliant with project requirements.
• Ensure no rework due to errors in modelling.

Requirements:

• Advanced level in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit and must be able to do 3D, 4D & 5D Modelling using Bently AECOsim, Mircrostation and Navisworks.

About the role

· The Operations Manager directs, plans, organizes and controls all activities of the manufacturing operations (production and production support) in order to meet short, medium and long term production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer & Partner Management:

• Develop strategies for assigned accounts, including product and pricing strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain regular engagement with customers and sales partners through visits and feedback collection.
• Monitor customer payment behavior and manage overdue payments.
• Lead change management initiatives and negotiate pricing adjustments.

2. Market Development:

• Develop and manage dealer networks to optimize sales.

7. Competitor & Market Analysis:

• Monitor competitor activities, product ranges, and market trends through customer interactions and industry events.

8. Systems & Processes:

• Utilize CRM, SAP, and internal systems to manage claims, reports, and operational data.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Technical degree, preferably in mechanical engineering.
• Strong sales experience; familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze markets, negotiate contracts, and manage key accounts.
